It’s an okay restaurant. I wasn’t too impressed with their food options, but way better than the Outback, of course. However, I prefer Longhorn, but that’s just my opinion. Here’s why: the loaded baked potato was very dry, with a sprinkle of bacon bits, and one teaspoon of sour cream, my son requested a medium steak and received a rare, I requested medium rare and got medium well done, the shrimps were overcooked and way too salty, the “fresh” vegetables were frozen ones defrosted (the taste tells everything), and so much more. The waiter was amazing which made it all worth it of 4 stars.Kid-friendliness: Has a good choice on the kids menu.

My review is a little late but we ate here on Feb 18 of this year. The wait was about 30 minutes and the service was super slow and they were not doing a good job of cleaning the floors (see pic of someone sitting beside us). The food was really subpar for the price and the wait even after being seated was too long. They appeared to be understaffed and unorganized.That being said one of us wanted steak so we took a chance on this location. Highly unlikely we will ever go back.Appetizers:Blooming onion. 5/5Free bread - apparently the bread was in high demand this night. Everyone around us was complaining about the length of time you had to wait for bread. It took us about 20 minutes to get bread. The bread tastes good and the cinnamon butter is yummy. 3/5Main:Ribeye and salad 2/5Meat was not cooked as requested.Hamburger and fries 3/5Nothing specialCountry fried steak, green beans and fries. 3/5

The food was great, however our waitress was horrible. There were 6 tables that had rolls sat down it took over 20 minutes for us to get rolls and each time we were told they are coming in another 10 to 15 minutes. Never had refills of our drinks and our waitress was more concerned about line dancing than waitressing. I have never been so dissatisfied with service like this before. Great job to other waitresses that were at their tables and the cooks for makes delicious food.

Our server was super cool so that she could stare at us and walked away when we were asking for the check. Don’t know her name but she’s a tall young lady with long curly brown hair. Wish we could have a different server. The steaks were cooked well.

We had a long day that started at 7 am with Yag procedure for my husband on his birthday. Then I had dr appt and my dr sent me to Athens for stat ultrasound but machine quit working. Then to hospital for 2nd ultrasound. Afterwards we were starving and headed to our favorite place to eat. Salads came out with wrong dressing on one. Then my meal came but not husband's chili. Finally had to ask to get it but my meal half eaten. When the woman, not the waitress, brought it she made some comment about were we having a bad day. Husband said yes and she asked could she do anything to make it better. Told her no and pushed the chili to the side. She promptly picked it up and carried it off. He went to see manager who apologized for what happened. He was disgusted and left and told me to take care of bill and get his chili. Same woman came to tell me the meal was on her but he was NOT getting any chili. Brought me to go box for my food. NEVER EVER have had an experience like this. Definitely not good Birthday or results with Texas Roadhouse. Never plan to eat there again.
2 of our group had sirloin steak and said the steaks were excellent. I had the portobello mushroom chicken which was delicious and very tender. Their rolls are the best appetizer ever.

It's bustling and I recommend checking in online to get a sense of the wait time. They're busy for a reason, good food, dedicated service and quick kitchen. Worth it.
