The shrimp bisque was not that good, no idea why it's on the menu. Luckily, our server and the manager were able to switch that out for us.

We had previously dined at another Chop House location in a different state and expected a similar experience. Unfortunately, that expectation was not met. We arrived for a non-busy Saturday lunch and were seated immediately. Our server was very friendly and attentive and took great care of us, and our drinks were never empty.
Unfortunately, the food did not meet expectations. The appetizer portion was disappointingly small, and when our main courses arrived, one of my sides was completely cold. The manager did come to our table and offered to make things right; however, by that point, my husband and I were ready to leave. The incorrect side was removed from our bill, which we appreciated. Still, for a total bill of around $100, we expected a much better overall experience.

I recently celebrated my 50th Birthday in the party room !!! It was absolutely amazing! The service was superb! The hostess and waiters were so kind and professional. I totally recommend Chop House for any celebrations or dining experience. Chop House staff- you ROCK!!!!

We always receive VIP treatment at The Chop House. This time, they split a table for eight to honor our request for our group of four to sit by the fire. Our food was delicious…seafood pasta, surf & turf & grilled chicken and came out quickly. Our server was upbeat & efficient. It’s nice that that they take reservations so your time there is spent enjoying the evening, not waiting for a table. Great ambience, service & food! We highly recommend.

My wife took me here on my birthday for dinner. The Atmosphere was terrific. We arrived around 5pm on a Friday night, so we beat the dinner rush crowd. We were immediately seated, in the bar area, our waiter was very professional and friendly. He took our drink order, we told him it was our 1st time ever at the Chop House. He gave us plenty of time to look over the menue, even made some suggestions. I ordered the Ribeye steak and my wife ordered the Filet. The salads were crisp and tasty, and when the food came out it was fresh and hot. We really enjoyed our meal. The manager stopped by to check on us as well as a few other servers since our waiter was also the bar tender and got busy as the place began to fill up. Our food was fantastic and we really enjoyed the total experience. I would recommend the Chop House to anyone who wanted great food and awesome service. 5 stars all the way, we will be back for wife's birthday and our anniversary. Loved the experience.
