This is a wonderful place to eat. The steaks are cooked to perfection. I had the chefs special of filet medallions and shrimp and it was delicious. Sydney our server was friendly and efficient. I especially recommend the deviled eggs appetizer. Really whatever you choose will be perfect.

Food is inedible. Whoever is working the grill, SHOULDN'T! The steaks were horribly cooked, potato soup was so salty we couldn't eat it. Don't waste your time and money there. The waitress (Josie) was really good.

Great service! We love the shrimp cocktail. My chefs special filet medallions were cooked perfectly and the sides of parm creamed spinach and masked potatoes were a lovely pairing. My husband's lamb was delicious. We had a party of 6 for a birthday and everyone's drinks were well made. A generous serving of complimentary birthday dessert with house made ice cream was delicious.

I am writing to express my concern about the treatment my wife and I received at The Chop House in Athens, Georgia. We are an interracial couple, and we have had issues both times we have visited the restaurant.On our first visit, the manager, who typically walks to each table to greet guests, noticeably skipped over our table. On our second visit, we were seated in a secluded area of the restaurant, away from other diners. The people who arrived after us were seated in the main dining area.After our first visit, the manager called and apologized, and we were given a $50 gift card. However, I am disappointed that we have had similar experiences on both of our visits.My wife and I are respectful and generous customers. We typically spend a significant amount of money and leave a good tip. I believe that the only explanation for our treatment is discrimination based on our race.I am requesting that you investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that all customers are treated equally and respectfully.

We love eating at the Chop House. We have been there several times now, and each time we are impressed. The food is always delicious, and comes out quick. The atmosphere is very high end, yet the prices are reasonable. Went to dinner for a night out on the town. Waiter was less than stellar; very inattentive and not in a rush until he said, “I'll bring your check” and never asked if we wanted dessert. We had to ask for refills and we didn't have any drinks at the end of our meal. Noise level was moderate but tolerable. The food was fantastic. We had the meatball appetizer, which arrived after our salads. Our entrees were very good in taste, mine could have been a bit warmer as it did not melt the butter placed on it.
We had a great birthday dinner for my mother tonight. The food and service were excellent. Management was so helpful in sitting our large party of 24 together and making sure everything was perfect. We will definitely be back.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with this restaurant. The food was excellent, we both got ribeye steaks. We tried their salads, Mac and cheese, onion rings, and fries. All of which were cooked / prepared perfectly.Our server was incredible, their name is Kai. They were very polite, helpful, and informative. Can't wait to come back.
