This is my favorite nicer restaurant in Athens! The food is always so good, the service is amazing, and the portions are a good size. I always come here for special occasions and have the best experience!

The service was fine, however, the food was not great. Their menu is very limited, but they didn't learn how to cook even a few dishes.

Every visit has been wonderful. The pasta is delicious! We miss the rotating foccia bread choice but the boards are a good addition! The tiramisu is my favorite!

Waited 1.5 hours for mid italian
Won’t ever do this again
Wonderful casual vibe. Excellent food, unexpected variations on old favorites. The risotto was a delicious mix of unexpected flavors; the halibut was cooked to tender perfection; the pasta had an interesting spicy punch. Great wine list. Attentive service. Everything you want for happiness.

Sat at table on porch. Took our Miniature Poodle. It was Restaurant Week and we had prix fixe menu. Artichokes were great, pasta was good and tiramisu was large serving and excellent. Had reservations and were seated immediately. Did not like the online third-party reservation service. Waitress was very attentive. Recommend.

Trent is the absolute best. The mussels were the best I’ve had in Athens and Catoline was an amazing waitress.
Will absolutely be coming back!
I can’t wait for the seasonal menu! This is a must stop destination when visiting Athens!!
Drinks were fire and food exceptional!

Wonderful! Even if we get dinner somewhere else, we always end up at The Expat for dessert. A truly top-notch find.

The pasta and sauce was fantastic, fresh.
The salad was very tasty, but the proportions were just a tad small.
The room we were in was extremely loud (from nearby table) but not much we could do about that.
Parking is a challenge, especially if you miss the driveway to the rear parking,
Still, I would go back.

The pork chop was the best we have ever eaten! Service impeccable and delightful staff. If dining with a group we highly recommend the locally sourced charcuterie.

Entrees came just after receiving our appetizers despite specifically asking for time between courses. Service was inattentive. Food was delicious but the experience was rushed. Put a damper on an anniversary celebration.
Good tasting but average food. Nothing exceptional about the preparation. There was brown paper on the tables on top of linen table cloths. Not very fancy. Would expect more for the price.
