First time eating here. Went at 8:20am on a Saturday and we were the first customers. Within 30 minutes the place got full. Wife had the Fire Bird and I had the Gravy Train. Both were delicious. Paired it with an Irish Coffee which was also very good. Our son loved the biscuit with blueberry jam. Service was excellent and very friendly. Will definitely be going back.

Wanted breakfast from a small local restaurant. This place seems did not disappoint. I never had pimento cheese grits before so I tried it with the grits. Their grits were very smooth and creamy.I got the chicken biscuit and it was good

SO GOOD. Amazing coffee & food, lovely atmosphere and friendly
Food was good. A bit over priced with other Athens local restaurants doing the same fare for far less. Just did not think 4 biscuits a side of potato bites and 4 drinks should be almost 100 dollars with tip. The coffee at jittery Joe's is so much better.... soft drinks there are very good but can be bought at any local kroger. The building was obviously a pizza hut, but repourposed very well. Over all this is a place that is trying to take care of their employees at a living wage. But mama's boy is already doing the same fare for less.

The name is deceiving - there is nothing from a GA farm and nothing fresh - I have had better canned biscuits & the over use of salt & spice covers any resemblance of farm or freshRestaurant ambiance is fun, clean & staff are nice

Food is always fresh and tasty. Employees are always kind and helpful! Best breakfast place in athens and best basics too. Taste just like grandma used to make!!! A bit expensive but well worth the cost. I have tried much of the menu now but I can confidently say the June Bug is my favorite and the grits are perfect, not to thick or to runny!!!! LOVE LOVE LOVEVegetarian options: Love the beyond meat sandwich much better than any other ive had.
