Unfortunately, we came here for my daughter’s 25th birthday dinner and the service was horrible. They had a private party in the party room that was big and it was pretty busy but I didn’t expect that we would be there for over 4 hours! We got there around 5:20 and didn’t leave until after 9pm. Service was so slow. Our server was not attentive and we had to ask the manager for drinks and refills that some people in our party were still waiting on from when they first took our drink orders. They kept getting orders incorrect and then even tried tagging an extra order of mozzarella sticks on someone’s receipt even though we never placed that order and it was the servers mistake. My husband asked for hot sauce and they never brought it. By the time we were able to find someone to ask for the hot sauce his food was cold. The seafood boils didn’t arrive till almost 7:25. The server never gave us our gloves, bibs or crab leg crackers. We had to wait even longer to eat our food for them to bring that out and we also only had one bucket for a party of 8 to share. Because we were a party of 8 they charged everyone gratuity but the service wasn’t even good enough to have paid any additional money. Honestly, I will never come here again. I’d much rather go to Hook and Reel instead. The food wasn’t even good after all that, barely any flavor or seasoning.

If I could I really would have gave this place a zero rating, as this was my first, and last time eating at this establishment in Athens!!! First off my order was not accurate when I received it. I had ordered and asked for headless, no shell shrimp, and was giving shrimp in the shell. Secondly my food a (seafood boil) tasted horrible, and was tough( like rubber) in which it was very bland, and overcooked shrimp. Thirdly my mozzarella sticks were cold and the marinara sauce that came with it was very skimpy, like hardly anything was inside, let alone enough for 6 sticks. Lastly the manager ( is a joke) is very rude, condescending, and will argue back with you when it comes down to having a complaint against this establishment, and the food. Like dude tried to tell me how to eat instead of remaking my order correctly. Also some of the employees does not wash their hands after restroom breaks and then have the nerve to go back to work and prepare food orders etc. just nasty and disgusting behavior that should never have occurred in front of a customer while in the bathroom. This place clearly has multiple sinks and soap bottles so I’m confused. Overall this was not a great experience nor is the place for me as I was with a group of friends and they agreed. I’ll continue to go to the Atlanta Area locations instead.
Had a craving for crab ? and was regretting visiting this place for the first time as there wasn’t anything flavorful and my server said they didn’t have any sturdy utensils, only plastic so it was very difficult to get to the crab meat. The calamari was also bland & the wait for the food was pretty long despite not many customers in the restaurant when we were there. I don’t recommend eating any seafood here as my family ordered several meals and all was bland and we felt it was overpriced so we won’t be returning.

Will definately go back and try more dishes. Leslie, our waitress was phenomenal!!!, My wife and I had flounder basket and shrimp basket and we shared portions to be able to taste more items. Very impressed with our portions and freshness.
