Stopped in last night with my partner; what caught my eye was the charcuterie board. I love cheese but I don’t know a lot about them. The pricing structure to where you can add on the cheese you’d like to try I love! My partner was impressed with the selection; and even the pimento cheese he enjoyed and he hates pimento cheese!
The food was excellent, and the drink selection was interesting I’m not the biggest beer person they had a nice assortment of beers and wines; the mixed drinks could use some work maybe something more bright or tart to balance the slight spice that runs throughout the food.
The bartender definitely knew how to make a good cosmo though!
We were served by Emily; and they were very pleasant! Efficient prebussing skills and had pleasant conversation and was very knowledgeable about the local area.

Stopped in for lunch on a Sunday. The place was busy, but we were seated in 5 minutes. Great beer selection, including some local brews. Carolyn was our waitress, and she was delightful. We both ordered the BBQ Rib Sandwich with fries. Food was outstanding!

This was our first time to this awesome restaurant and we had the best time. Hannah our bubbly bartender was amazing. So friendly and accommodating. Jacob from New Hampshire he is the best, and then rounded out the team with with Jakar. The food was delicious, the atmosphere fantastic. We came all the way from Connecticut just to visit Hannah and she did not disappoint!!!! When in Athens, Georgia, please go to trapeze Gastropub. It was the best.
