Easily one of the worst Waffle House meals I've ever had. It seems this location has no regard for following order notes or food preparation. My grits practically needed a knife. I asked for the chili on my hash browns on the side and it was completely covered. I asked for triple hash browns and they have to weigh this on a scale before giving it to the delivery person so how I was given a single order instead of triple I don't know. I asked for apple butter, waffle House sauce, and strawberry jelly. I got none of the above.

Every time we have order / gotten delivery they have missed up the order. Not just one small thing, but major mess up. My husband asked for no onions, this morning there were onions on his sandwich. Whoever runs this franchise doesn’t know much about food allergies… they wouldn’t refund us for the sandwich. At this point, they’re lucky we don’t have to go to the doctor, but they should refund us for the sandwich and the amount of Benadryl he had to take. Good job Waffle House!

Don't go eating at the Waffle House on Oconee Street. They have not one, but TWO big ass rats there that they're just letting roam around the store smh ?? they have multiple rat traps there but nothings changed.what makes it even worse is that the rat usually is behind the counter where all the food is at so there's no telling what's happening when the food is left unattended! There's a lady named Eve that works there and she's always rude to the customers or catching attitudes with employees! Just very unprofessional

The staff here are tops. They get along great and are a team. This made my food and experience better than other breakfast places. There is currently road construction around the business, but you can still get in.

We were not in a hurry and it was super busy. We were seated quickly and the waitress was friendly and communicated there would be a delay. It didn't feel like it was running slow.
