We came here after a game day & it was the best Waffle House experience I’ve ever had! The food was amazing & came out fast. The service was what made this experience exceptional. I’m genuinely sitting here wondering how all these employees are so positive & happy towards each other & the customers. Amazing WAHO experience! They are killing it!!

Waited almost an hour and spent $80 on a to go order just for half of our food to be missing and one had a fly flying around inside the container and it flew out when we opened it. We ordered a chicken sausage because of diet restrictions but we received actual pork sausage instead, we ordered a waffle and two hash browns but didn’t get any of it, and the one order of hash browns we did get were all burnt and was such a small amount, and the birthday cake waffle had a hair on it.

We had great service Saturday night! Friendly staff.
Unlike my last 3 visits to the Epps Bridge location where all the tables were dirty despite not being crowded. Never acknowledged by the staff until we asked for a table to be cleaned. Sat down and they never came back. 😳

This was the first square Waffle House that I have been to. Most of them are rectangular but I liked that it was different. The service here was adequate but the food wasn’t that great. Don’t get me wrong, I love Waffle House food but this time it just didn’t taste the same. The grits and toast had a burnt taste. The waffle still had batter around the edges. My coffee was ok but not great…I certainly enjoy my Waffle House back home much better.

I tried to give some time and benefit of the doubt on this location. However, almost every time I've been here it's been the worst Waffle House experience. One time, I got served my drink pretty quickly but then no one ever came back to take my food order. So, I left some money on the table and left. Another time, my friend and I were eating lunch. We were greeted at the door but no one ever said anything after that. After about 20 minutes of sitting with no silverware and no drink order taken, we were looking around the restaurant and finally a waitress came over. She took our full order, even wrote it down then asked if I wanted sweet tea, I had said Coke. I also asked for my bacon well done and it was barely cooked. Waffle House is known for Good Food Fast but I have never had fast at this location. Not even hustle.
The staff didn't know Waffle House served omelets, They were cussing each other at one point. The server and cook forgot my sausage and when I got it ,it was almost burnt. I was never giver a refill on my coke. Total price for my omelet plate meal scattered and covered with sausage and a coke. Almost 24.00!!
Disagreed with price waited almost an hour for a supervisor who did not show up .Milledgevilke Hwy in Athens GA doesn't deserve the 4.8 stars we saw tonight
