Our waitress (Natalie? I think?) is always the best! She listens to what you want, makes suggestions, and brings you exactly what you ordered! She works like a dog, too! Always helping others, clearing tables, or washing dishes. I'm sure she is not paid near her worth to Waffle House! And I pray I have her name right. I'm sure she could really use all the shout outs she can get!

I ordered a waffle, hashbrowns, and a chocolate milk for takeout on a thursday evening. 3 other parties were seated at booths, all with food. No other people ordered food during my wait. It took the three employees over 27 minutes to make my order. They were loudly using profane words rapping to eachother, sitting on the counter, playing on their phone… I watched for 20 minutes waiting for someone to begin preparing my food. Another customer had to walk up to get a refill on water after not being helped during this time.
After finally being given my food, he did not include my drink. I asked about the chocolate milk (which i paid for) and the young man says “well we don’t even have to-go cups soooo”… insinuating i should leave without the drink. I asked if I could have something to-go, and he offered an orange juice.
I’m in my 20’s, but the three barely teenage employees didn’t seem like they could be left to their own devices to operate this restaurant. It waffle house, i’m not expecting the Ritz. But waiting nearly half an hour for my small order was quite frustrating.

We got in and waited to sit at the bar, the waitress said to sit back down while she cleans the bar. She must think she talking to children. You tell us to sit back down. Very Rude. Why couldn’t we just sit at the bar while you clean it? And IF YOU WERE doing your job by cleaning it FASTER, it would have been clean!!! Won’t be back! We are ADULTS! Not children! Learn to speak to adults and have respect!

This is my husband and I's favorite waffle house in town. No matter where we are, we will drive to this one. We've been to all of them over the years, but this one by far is wonderful. The employees are consistent and seem more upbeat than other locations. When we were regular here during my pregnancy, we got to know the staff rather well and they celebrated our first son with us. It's a special place if you let it be and as always, the more you respect your servers, the better the experience is for everyone.
