I came here with my husband and kids and we witnessed an employee scooping our ice from the counter into our cups with her Nasty bare hands, when she got confronted by it, she admitted that she only did it to one drink, which is still unacceptable. We will not come here again- just nasty.

If I could give the Wendy's in carnesville 80 rating for how bad this place is I would this Wendy's is the most dysfunctional nastiest restaurant that I have ever been into the food is disgusting
We arrived at 830pm to find the lobby closed (posted on doors that the lobby is open till 9pm). The drive-through was over 30 minutes. Went to a different fast food place. A guy with a Wendy's shirt on said they were short staffed.
