We had a great experience with Wendy’s while organizing catering for our workforce development organization and nonprofit in Athens. Bobbi and the team were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. We were hosting a solar installation bootcamp, and having fresh, delicious food ready for our students kept everyone energized and focused throughout the day. Wow, my service was great today. I find it highly crazy to charge $.54 for a condiment. That I forgot to put in my mobile order and $.54 for the size of you guys condiments. The cost of living is already high Please don’t make it harder on your people

The shift that is working the night shift today 09/29/25 ignored me at the window and looked down on me. When they managed to give me the order, they made a gesture of contempt with their hand. I hope the corporation does something about this since it is very unprofessional and disrespectful.

Every time I come here, I'm overcharged for my items.
Two weeks ago, I was charged separately for every item, even though it's cheaper when they're rung up as a combo. Today, I was charged $3.49 for Baconator fries, even though it’s supposed to be an $0.89 upcharge. She could have at least given me the extra fries I paid for.
Please train your staff properly.
