I first walked in and no one was taking orders at the register. There was a line of people crowding the two self service kiosks to take their order. I then went and sat down and ordered through the app. It said that it would be ready in 5 minutes, so Iet them know I was here and went and sat down. 10 Minutes passed and I went up to the counter and check on my order, and they said they hadn’t started it yet. I finally got my order and they gave me my cup for my drink. Both pitchers of sweet tea were out, Coke was out, Lemonade was out, and Rootbeer. I then realized I was missing half my order. I went up to the counter and started waiting, and then observed the staff in the back assembling the sandwiches and burgers on the steel counter tops which were covered in other ingredients from the burgers. I highly doubt, keeping in mind everything that had gone wrong so far, those counters are cleaned often. It disgusted me so that I just walked out and left me food.
I was not the only one who had their order wrong. Every single person in line I was with had to come back up and state was something was wrong with their order. I observed an elderly gentleman state that something was wrong with his order. He was met with a very ugly attitude from one of the workers. After we walked away, she rolled her eyes and then got on the headset and started complaining about the gentleman on the headset.
Needless to say, I won’t be coming back. Especially for the lack of concern for food safety.

Used curb side pick up 10.27 at 2 an and had to wait 45 minutes before having to call to get my order. Went inside at the half hour mark to try and ask someone for help but was ignored by the employees. Saw the girl that was supposed to be delivering orders to cars chatting it up with someone. One other person had to wait a half hour next to me.

Currently sitting in the drive thru line, took 10 minutes for someone to take my order with several cars behind me, now have been waiting for my food for another 15 minutes. Keep in mind there has only been one car in front of me this whole time waiting on their food. And I can’t even get out of line because it’s gated off. Cool.

Everyone at this location is so nice and courteous. Especially even when you accidently get into the wrong lane lol. I have interacted with Brittany before and she has always been pleasant and, not to sound like a boomer, but the person who took my payment was a delightful young man.
As far as fast food burgers go, it's better than most in my book. More expensive than BK or Mac, but it's worth it as the burgers are way better. And they have spicy ketchup, much better than normal ketchup!!
Grabbed breakfast before heading to work and the drive person Skyler had great customer service and was very friendly. Will definitely be back

What is it about this drive-thru that they consistently get orders wrong? I'm not sure if it's because they don't listen or there's something wrong with their system but it's uncanny how even the most straightforward, simple order is messed up every time. Whether it is the wrong drink, the wrong size, the wrong burger add-ons, missing food, or being given someone else's order altogether... You can count on the fact it's not going to be exactly what you're asking for!
