Horrible. After waiting 20 mins in the drive thru, I get to the window and a lady named Hillary was rude as heck! Waited so long i cut my car off and hit the lights! Didn't greet, thanked for waiting or nothing. Just blurted my total and tried to send me on my way with cold fries and a burger. She took offense to me asking if they had to slaughter the cow first because it took so long. I can tell she's hard to deal with just by the way she was speaking to the other associates. Shame on yall I'll NEVA come back.

First time there. We had 10 people in our group with 3 different orders. Our orders came out just a few minutes apart. The food was delicious. Destiny was very friendly and brought our food with a smile. We will gladly eat at Whataburger in Athens again.
Vee’s positive attitude and accommodating mentality really made my experience better. This dude made my night!

Sat in line at the drive thru for 30 minutes. Never got to place an order. Decided to walk inside. Stood at the counter for another 5 minutes. Never acknowledged. Maybe 4 people inside and 5 cars in the drive-thru. Damn Whataburger. Do better. Needless to say, never tried Whataburger and never will.
Maliha went above and beyond in serving me today! This is my second time at this location and I will always come back because of Maliha’s professionalism and perfect customer service. She was super nice and made me feel like a valued customer!

Had a great meal here. The patty melt was top notch. Jacob was running the register and did a fantastic job of attending to the needs of everyone there. Definitely recommend this location and will be stopping by again in the future.

I've been to this location twice and each time has been a great experience. This second time going through the drive through, I received the best customer service from any restaurant in a while. A young man who's name tag said Vee provided the best customer service and was both polite and professional. After ordering just a burger and a salad, he asked me several times if I wanted a water but I already had something to drink. However showing his concern meant a lot to me. He definitely deserves a raise.
