Food was great. Employees were welcoming and happy. I wish there was wifi. That's the only thing I would change. Maybe a slightly thicker hamburger patty. Employee attitude is very important to me.

I got inside whataburger at 6:35 ordered my food, two number 2s, my receipt printed at 6:39, I didn’t receive my food until 7:06 PM! The cashier/waitress was very polite and she answered my questions and told me about the onion rings which were delicious just as she said, the food was great, the cashier/waitress came and checked on us twice asking if we needed anything and to make sure we enjoyed the food, there was no wait inside or outside when we ordered our food so I’m not sure what took so long but the workers and the food was great if u got the time
My first time getting anything from this place and it will be my last. Ordered a Cobb Salad with grilled chicken and a malt. Got the malt pretty much immediately. The Salad took 15 minutes! The grilled chicken never made it to the salad. Instead, I had 2 pieces of cold, rubbery bacon in it. Sorry, I was the only customer inside at the time, so 15 minutes and a messed up order is unacceptable. I also witnessed an employee being bullied to tears. Never, never again!

Just opened about 2 weeks ago and already locking the inside of the store during operating hours and forcing people to sit in the drive through. The worst part is waited about 45 mins for our online order but there was no line in the drive through. Looks like they hired the night shift crew from the Burger King 2 doors down. Last thing we need is another one of those.
First time going. First of all let me say the food was more than excellent. The service on the other hand needs a lot more training. I asked for my burger mayonnaise and ketchup only and it says it on the ticket. but they put everything on it. Yuck I bit into an onion. Lol. And it took about 15 minutes sitting in the Drive-Thru. And once I got to the window it took another 10 minutes to get the food and they did apologize for the way but this is my first visit. If it weren't for the food being so delicious I would not go back. Fortunately that big hamburger that I bought was the showstopper . So next time I go order I'll just expect to have to wait instead of getting all wound up cuz it took so long.. excellent food.. pay attention to the order mayonnaise and ketchup only plays not everything. Everything was fresh and very very hot. This hamburger has beat out Wendy's McDonald's Burger King any other hamburger joint.
Vee was just amazing and incredibly respectful. He asked to doubled checked to ensure our drinks and milkshakes tasted to standard. Everything was efficient and we were pleasantly suprised by our new neighborhood Whataburger. Shout out Vee ☝️
