I tell you I don't understand why these people are so mad. I'm not sure if the owners treat them bad, or if they just hate their lives. The food is really good but every time you go in unless certain people there the customer service is absolutely terrible. It seems like they're mad every time I come in to order, I won't Go back that's for sure.

I dare you to go in there and order. You going to be waiting 10 minutes and then they're going to get mad cuz you interrupt their text messages. Come up to you and cut your eyes at you and look like they would have punch you in the face over you coming in to order food. No one in the Drive-Thru line no one in the line just mad angry people that you're there ordering food. Never going back again.

Went in on halloween night. Ordered two of the whataburger combo with cheese. Got sweet tea for myself, Dr. Pepper for my girl. Carried it home. When we sat to eat, my fries were so stale I swore they had been sitting up there longer than need be. I tried my burger. It too was cold. The meal was not up to par. My girl said it was embarrassing with her being a native Texan. If this is the best you can offer, then I wont be back. I will give you that being short staffed could have been an issue.

10/22 on nightshift around 9:20pm. I didn't hear a voice on the intercom after I sat in front of the driveway menu for a long time. So I pulled to the window because I thought maybe there was an issue with it. I saw the workers in there laughing and dancing and paying no mind. I waved at who I think I was the cook and she saw me and walked away. I honked my horn to get the cashier's attention. She and another girl looked at me waving, laughed, and walked away. I took my business elsewhere. I don't know how the night crew got hired but clearly they are worthless.

We stopped here on our way home to stretch and eat. First off the facility was very clean and seemed well kept up. We placed our order with Amillion and we had a large order. She was phenomenal (she needs a raise honestly). She was patient and kind and had no problem answering our questions. She never made us feel rushed or like we needed to hurry up. They got every bit of our order correct, even down to the no tomatoes. Everyone there did an amazing job! Also, their grilled chicken is delicious!!

The P.M. Manager, older lady with thick glasses, is extremely rude and unprofessional. During multiple delivery order pickups this evening I listened to her rant about Ashley and Ken. Come to find out Ashley is the Operating Partner and Ken is the Manager. This is the problem with most fast food places in this area. It starts with management. This lady is toxic and seems to have only one interest and it's not providing good customer service. I'm looking at all of the other employees listening to her.
