Willy's is well managed and has a great staff. They are always very friendly and helpful. The Adobe and Sinaloa salads were excellent.

Before I type any further, it's an ATL airport review. They had a violinist this day/time and I didn't have to tussle for a seat. The lady & gentleman tean in that specific area were on point!
The service received was top tier. The staff was patient, knowledgeable, and respectful. The total opposite of just a few day earlier on concourse C 🙃. Willy's staffed actually smiled and made the interaction enjoyable.
Now the food, baby a rice bowl hate to see me coming. The rice was cooked perfectly. The steak was flavorful and plentiful. The toppings were fresh. I was able to get more or less of any condiment. The ancho ranch was good. The portion was a chefs kiss. I was even able to go back and retrieve my receipt after paying cash. Honest mistake and speedy interaction.
I have flown in and out of ATL for years and just discovered this gem, in which I will revisit time and time again. Whomever was on staff 10/11/2025 around 230pm et should get a raise or if nothing else a praise for the magnificent customer service. Really made my meal enjoyable and the initial interaction memorable.

I can see why they have a world famous bit. Super fun service even with a hurricane on the way, but Hudson made sure to make us smile and get out before the rain really hit us. Amazing people, great food every time and fun atmosphere. Best fast Mexican there is.

On 08/16/24 at 6:20 pm my wife and I entered the restaurant Willy’s Mexican grill. There was about 10 people in front of us waiting to approach the counter and place their order. Evidently as you place your order they prepare it like Moes. So for 20 minutes I stood in line but it never moved. There was no rush from the staff to get people to place the order. I don’t know what the food taste like and never will because I left and will never go back
