I love willy's! I went with my mom today and she ordered a cheese and chicken quesadilla and I ordered a bowl and both were delicious! The food was finished quick and the service was accommodating and kind. Great option outside of just chipotle.

First thing I noticed was a smiling and attentive staff. I was friendly and excitedly engaged, welcomed with opened arms. Being my first time, the employee taking my order was extremely helpful, showing me all the menu options and making a few recommendations along the way. Every single staff member was happy and welcoming, making my experience here a 10/10 and has renewed my hope in the customer service industry. The manager on shift named Josh seemed to be very involved and supportive of his staff behind the counter, taking my payment with a huge smile and thanking me for visiting. I also noticed the cleanliness of the food preparation area along with the dining area being well kept. All the condiments were stocked and full and nothing was needed to be asked for which is rare these days. First time ever eating at a Willy’s, but I will definitely be returning more often in the future.
