The service was as good as all the other wingstops I have gone to. But the food was no where near as good. The fries were way off there was little of that great sugar taste and they were not cooked well enough no crisp at all. The wings were just okay, nothing to write home about at all. Trinity is a good cashier at Wingstop who brings energy, n good vibes, and genuine customer care to every customer. From the moment i walked through the door i noticed Trinity because of her greeting she made sure i felt welcomed and valued, greeting me with a friendly smile and a positive attitude. She takes orders with accuracy and efficiency, making sure i got exactly what i asked for, while also offering helpful suggestions when needed.
Me and my daughter came in tonight to eat. When we arrived I saw many customers waiting on food. The staff is not very friendly and they work at a very slow. After about 20 minutes or more that we arrived, a gentleman came in. I believe he is a manager, name is D. EVERYTHING CHANGED. The staff started to get everyones order ready.
