The employee that waited on us was very nice! The wings are ALWAYS good. Food is always hot. I can't say anything bad!

Ordered online when we got there they had no idea we haven't even ordered they said their tablets were down as he looked down at his tablet he called my name and I said yes that's me he said oh I just got your order he said it would be ready in 5 minutes they continued to take other people's orders three other people received their food before we did and it took 15 minutes so I asked him if there was any way we could have it order of onion rings to compensate us for our time and troubles he said absolutely not I told him to let me go ask my daughter what she wanted to do when I came back in I told him that we were going to take the order he said he had already given our food away and that we would have to wait for our order again but that we absolutely cannot have anything free I asked if I could have his managers name he told me no he told me if I had a complaint I had to do it online I asked him for a refund he told me I also have to do that online when I got home I went to get a refund online and it stated that I had to do it in store so I called experts location they told me I could transfer the order to them and she would make it and we could come pick it up but that I had to call and do it over the phone so we called and they told us there is no way to transfer the order to another store had a horrible experience ended up eating pizza from RaceTrac

Was waiting for our order at another place and came in for milkshakes aswell as I was gonna order my grandma a burger, but i ended up just leaving lmao. Was still deciding when the young lady (who was getting a drink when I walked in and then swept) she seemed irritated i hadn't walked up when I was still deciding, was extremely snippy when I said I wasn't sure if she was working register or not(because she wasn't there the whole time I was in there until she walked up and asked if I wanted to order, I could have waited bc I was still figuring out what my grandma wanted) I think she took that personally and took it like I didn't think she was working, which wasnt my intention but lets be sooo real, girl you weren't ☺️ I asked for 2 milkshakes you were like,"yea we ain't got no milkshakes ??" I was extremely respectful. Saw people in there waiting for their food for up to an hour. Front desk girl must be low skill & lack common sense bc why would you have someone so nasty on register? She wanted problems extremely bad for no reason. Felt like racism honestly. 0 professionalism. Yal seemed like friends (the staff) so maybe put ol nasty in the back away from paying customers. I won't be back.

Came in with my daughter and ordered the house fried rice large to share. We had so much extra and the food was incredible!
The staff is so friendly and helpful and clean restrooms! Can’t wait to try more of their food

I ordered a 8 piece all flats with the shrimp fried rice, gets home to enjoy my meal only too have regular fried rice, but was charged 3 bucks extra for the shrimp fried rice. So disappointing

Spent $25 for 10 wings and substituted coleslaw for fries. I got no coleslaw! This isn’t the first time WNB has gotten my order incorrect, this is just my first time complaining.i called the store and no one answered.

Service was great, the workers were nice and the place was pretty clean. However, the most important thing is the food and it wasn't up to par. It may have been a bad day, I'd try it again easily.

Food is really good, service is pretty ghetto though. Went in today and a lady behind the counter was on the phone the entire time. Didn't acknowledge or say anything and just stared at me for two minutes before I finally had to ask for service. My order sat at the counter without being called and I had to ask if it was mine. Good food bad service/employees.
