Service was quick and the food was good. The only problem was the music was so loud that it was hard to hear the cashier call out the numbers. But that's probably a corporate issue.

Heck yeah. Our burgers were really good. Quality meat and toppings. Nice sides options including sweet potato fries. Service was good, restaurant is spacious and clean. Prices were good too. I’m definitely going to return and look forward to trying more menu items.

Lady upfront was rude !! I was traveling from out of town and very upset with customer service and my food was cold .

The employee that waited on us was very nice! The wings are ALWAYS good. Food is always hot. I can't say anything bad!

Ordered online when we got there they had no idea we haven't even ordered they said their tablets were down as he looked down at his tablet he called my name and I said yes that's me he said oh I just got your order he said it would be ready in 5 minutes they continued to take other people's orders three other people received their food before we did and it took 15 minutes so I asked him if there was any way we could have it order of onion rings to compensate us for our time and troubles he said absolutely not I told him to let me go ask my daughter what she wanted to do when I came back in I told him that we were going to take the order he said he had already given our food away and that we would have to wait for our order again but that we absolutely cannot have anything free I asked if I could have his managers name he told me no he told me if I had a complaint I had to do it online I asked him for a refund he told me I also have to do that online when I got home I went to get a refund online and it stated that I had to do it in store so I called experts location they told me I could transfer the order to them and she would make it and we could come pick it up but that I had to call and do it over the phone so we called and they told us there is no way to transfer the order to another store had a horrible experience ended up eating pizza from RaceTrac
