Always a fan of zaxbys and this is a good place to stop by in between classes and the staff are great. I usually don’t review fast food restaurants, but this place really surprised me. Without realizing the time, I walked in 2 minutes before closing, and once I realized it, I tried heading out, but one of the workers convinced me to make my order. It was served in the high quality you’d expect. They’re probably used to people walking in late since they’re downtown; nevertheless, I was pleasantly surprised I wasn’t met with eye rolls even though on the inside they were probably cursing my name.

Stopped in before an event downtown. It was crowded, but the service and food were still good. Overall nice surrounds, but that evening the wait was somewhat long and guests had to do a good bit of accommodating one another.

Visiting from out of state and I usually love zaxby's! Today I came in and asked politely to use their restroom as I was walking around the shops. They told me I couldn't use it unless I bought something which is really unlike any other store I have been too. I was forced to buy something I wouldn't eat just to use the restroom for a minute when they could have easily told me the code. I would honestly never come here again because of the way they treated me. Bad management policies.

I really like this Zaxby's. The old building it's in gives it a lot of character. From the high pressed tin ceilings to it's downtown location, this place is a fond memory and a good meal.

Tried to get some food and looked up that it said y'all were open then I walk almost a mile to find out the lights are on but no one will unlock the door .. Atleast the workers got to do what they want!
