The food is almost always wrong in the drive thru. And don't even think about "curbside pickup". You'll wait longer waiting for your food than if you cooked it yourself. Numerous times, I checked in and no one came to bring the food out. One time, the restaurant closed while I was sitting in my parking spot, and I had to pull up to the drive thru window and knock, while the food was sitting in a bag on the counter.

This Zaxby’s is ok. The food is good but be prepared to wait. I used to work at another Zaxby’s location so I know it doesn’t take 8 minutes to cook a filet like they say it does. It takes 6. And 8 minutes turns into 15-20 actually waiting parked outside of the drive through. They need to be more on their game and actually have food ready.Also, check your bag, they forget sauces all of the time and they do short me on fries pretty regularly. Go big means extra fries. 8oz by weight not 5 like I get. That’s a regular fry. You have scales in the kitchen for a reason. Use them.Overall, food is good when they get it right but the service and the correctness of the order, pretty bad. If they get new managers who can train better and always have food ready, all will be good. Until then, find another Zaxby’s if you really want Zaxby’s.

This is the closest Zaxby's to my house, but I'm considering going to one further away to get better service. Almost every time I go here there is something wrong with the order. Yesterday, there were 4 chicken fingers on my 5 chicken finger plate. Numerous times I've sent fries back because they were not fresh.Not the worst place I've ever eaten, but be sure to check your order, especially your fries.

My family and I stopped coming here, it’s been a few months now. More often than not our food was cold or old. (You can tell when people try to drop old fries/wings) completely different texture! Almost rubbery. They charged for sauces we never got, multiple times they didn’t even get the rest of our order so either me or one of my kids always had missing meals! And the wait is long even if there is only one car in front of you.

This location has consistently been a joke for years. It is pathetic when Raising Canes is considered the better of the two when Zaxby's is an ATHENS company. The owner doesn't care, as demonstrated by their copy+paste responses of the same corporate gibberish. The food and service is awful. This place is known for being unreliable and disgusting across town! It deserves to be closed. Do yourself a favor and go to Raising Canes or the Zaxby's in Watkinsville. Please dont bother responding with your copy+paste response.
