The food is alright. The milkshakes make my husband and I sick. We got them twice and both times we’re sick.

The young lady standing outside today taking orders around 1 pm must have been having a bad day ,and so was whomever the young man tga3t was standing outside. I felt so unappreciated considering the price . I mean $12 from 5 wings a 10 fries ,I was hoping I was paying for customer service as well . Won't be going back to this location, I will cook my own . I do it better 😌

The chicken fingers were very hard like it had been sitting for a while. Order extra fries with the meal and did not get any. The bread was hard and was no way to eat it. The order was not right. I hope they can do better next time

I placed an online order at 12:30 PM containing two Containing two 5 piece boneless wings and a large fry I did not receive my french fry or a fork in my bag. This is not the first time this has happened and frankly, it will probably be the last I would not recommend ordering from the

Worst zaxby's in the area, maybe period. Terrible quality control, bad customer, orders incorrect almost everytime, bad service and I've yet to get fresh fries from there after several visits. I hate leaving reviews, but they need to do better.

I ordered my food from Uber eats at 9:00!pm I had priority. It came in about 15 minutes so I really didn’t expect my food to be cold I ordered a boneless wingless it came without ranch which I ordered extra I wish I could show my receipt and without a straw or fork Yikess😬 And you Guy should add the option Where the customers can upload pictures

Horrible employee, the drive thru lady saw that i was in line first and didn’t take my order first than the car that had arrived after me.

Always messes up orders here. Missing toast and not right amount of chicken tenders for my meals, fries are always old and never seasoned, even when asking for extra seasoning or on-the-side. They also got my drink wrong and never portion properly. Quality of food is miserable, but hey, at least they're timely with it.

Customer Service has really went down hill. It seems as if they have cut the chicken fingers in half they are so small. Also they weigh your French fries so you don’t really get much
