I ordered a 4 finger plate with extra seasoning on the fries, ranch instead of zax sauce and lite ice in the drink (these are all options within the app). Ordered and then went to pick up my meal in the drive thru. At the intercom to order, I waited about 10 min - no response. Got a text saying my order was ready so I stated I just have an online order and I just received the text it’s ready, so I’m just going to pull up. There were only 2 other cars in the drive through at the time. At the pay window, there was some girl that ran from the front who to look at me and my car - my guess is to see who had the audacity to pull forward without their prior permission to do so. More waiting. I get to the second window to get my order (mind you I received the text 10 min prior that my order was ready). The same girl that had time to run back to the first window, told the car in front of me as well as me to pull forward and they’ll bring it out. I say okay and wait some more. I finally get to a point where I’m just going to park and go in so I can ask about the text and all this waiting. I had my dog with me, so this wasn’t ideal but I also didn’t have all day…hence me ordering ahead of time. As soon as I pulled off to park, someone RAN my order out to me like it had been ready the whole time. OF COURSE when I got home it was wrong. My fault for not checking before I left, this particular Zaxbys gets it wrong about 90% of the time. Not an ounce of seasoning on those nasty, mushy fries. Ice to the brim of my soda. No ranch.
Zaxbys is bad in general, so I don’t know why I keep giving it a chance but this particular location is a joke. Expect at a minimum 30 min to get your food and then expect for it to be wrong, because it always will be 🤭

Way overpriced at almost $18 for 10 wings and a drink. Wings tasted quite good but were tiny. Place was clean. Serve was on par for Athens (not very friendly at all) but not overtly rude.

Spilled Coke Zero on me in the drive thru. Not pleased with the service at all :(
Food is really good, but recently I have been going to the one on West broad and they have been really poor. The amount they give is really crazy. I had to give a bad review on the survey and the manager there did replace my entire order. Ordered a large plate and received a regular. Happened to also but I have no receipt so I can't do it again. It will be sometime that I will go back.

So you’re not even gonna believe this. We got to this Zaxbys over 30 minutes before closing and for some godforsaken reason the inside is closed. Okay what that’s not that big of a deal. We hop in the drive through line and place our mobile orders. There are 5 of use in the car also and we all have separate orders. We get to the microphone and they tell me that they can’t make my signature club. Okay whatever I ask for a kickin chicken to replace it. Perfect then they tell us just to pull all the way up so they can make our orders. For some reason they're out of sweet tea so two my friends need to get a substitution okay whatever. We have to wait for about 20 minutes for them to bring out our orders. They forget to give us straws and forget one of our orders. We then have to reverse to the window and tell them they forgot and order and this lady has the nerve to have to unlock the window so we tell her we don't have straws and they forgot an order. We pull back up, wait another five minutes, and when we finally get the final order it's the wrong thing. Unbelievable right!!! Then we drive up. The food was lowkey buss but customer service was subpar.

Horrible I literally had just lettuce in my salad after not wanting no slaw in it I didn't get the chicken or anything else then called and the lady was rude saying she made the salad and when I asked then you they didn't put tenders she was like I don't know...yet u made it .okay makes sense

This is my last time here.
I typically love the Zenzation Zalad. So when It comes back, (LTO item)I am there with bells on.
The last three times I ordered it, this I have had the same issue.
Greens had obviously been frozen, thawed and were wilted and slimy as a result.
I came to the store after my first situaton and was told, "Wow! I'm so sorry that happened to you" then glared at me and said nothing more.
Today I got another (and my last ever). Same thing.
I just want a refund. No remake, no store credit. Just a refund, thanks.

horrible speed and service, cashier didn’t listen and was rude. Took over an hour to get a wings and things. yes it was busy, but i have been in busier establishments and got my food three times as fast. I needed in ring late to an event and had to pay a fine due to it. Yall should reimburse the $20 you cost me

Came and got a loaded fry with ranch and tongue touch after work. Only 1 other car in the line and they just rush to make your food whether that be to get the order out the way or better drive thru time.
But what a mess of a loaded fry as in it’s not even a full order. It’s good to be quick but being efficient is better. I’d rather wait longer to get my full portion and it be presented better.

I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant after realizing they had left out all my sauces. tell me why there was zero apology, and on top of it all I HAD TO PAY for the sauces THEY left out. I had my receipt in hand, but that didn’t matter I guess. The worker just looked at it and told me to pay up. Having my order mixed up/items left out occurs often, but this was absurd. The quality of food & service has been in steady decline. Do better.

I ordered the 3 piece big zax snack and asked for ketchup, zax sauce, and extra seasoning on the fries. The person taking my order repeated it back to me correctly, but I received no ketchup and about 10 of the most naked, unseasoned fries I’ve ever seen. They literally did not even have salt on them. This Zaxbys is always slow, so I wasn’t totally surprised that it took 20+ minutes to get my food when there were a total of three cars including mine in the drive through. I’m just confused how they left things out of my order and prepared the things they did include improperly when they were clearly taking their time and literally only had 3 orders to fulfill.
