Went through drive thru and order a kicking chicken meal, a 3 nibbler meal, and some egg rolls. The first window gentlemen were so polite, got to the second window and was swung my food, it almost fell. Got halfway home before realizing there was absolutely no chicken in my nibblers. No sauce. Just some buttered rolls.
Turned around and drove back and when I told them what had happened they asked if I just wanted three pieces of chicken.
After the gas and the trip back, no.
I asked for three more nibblers and was again swung my bag.
It's an hour til close and dead. There should be no reason y'all are that distracted.

Pitiful. Waiting in line for a while and the fries were not warm and stale like they’d been sitting so I was wondering how that was possible. The traditional wings were TINY.

Great lunch for me getting to hold my 9 month old while trying to eat and feed him at the same time since this location didn’t have ANY high chairs. So mommas bring your own or prepare yourself for a lunch and workout

went to pick up an in-store order and the doors were locked. had to sit in line being assaulted by the fumes of the gas-guzzler in front of us just for a milkshake. will not be returning.

Ordered food online and picked up myself, got there when the food was supposed to be ready and then proceeded to wait 20 mins as I watched one guy take walk-in orders, bag up take out food and not pass them out, and then proceed to continue taking walk-in orders. Super unorganized staff and by the time I got my food 20 mins later it was stone cold… wasn’t even sitting under the heat. My large fries was also not a large to top it off.

The only thing that was good was my Diet Coke and cheesecake bites. On top of that there was only 2 cars a head of me and it took 10 minutes to get my food. I was 10 minutes from my job and the fry’s looked old and maybe even re-dropped in the grease. The boneless wings looked like they sat in the sauce for an hour. My husband works at a zaxbys in Lawrenceville and when he brings me home food it is way better and we live 40 minutes from his job. This store needs to do better.

When someone asks for their chicken rolled in hot honey mustard does that mean put it on the side? When someone orders teriyaki wings does that mean put the sauce on the side? No forks were received… no ranch or zax sauce… choose any zaxbys but this one!

I ordered wimpy wimpy wings, lemon pepper wings, and large fries on my wings and things meal. The wings were dry with hardly any sauce and the fries were not large. The lemon pepper wings had no seasoning on them. See the pics.

Bought a Cobb Salad and the egg was molded!!!!. Also ordered the wingz & things plate with Nuclear sauce .. got home and there was no sauce at all! . No
More Zaxby for me smh

I'm not sure why I keep getting alerts about reviews, but If you like grease. You will like it almost everything is fried, except for Me. Beast chocolate bars. Oops I forgot they don't sell them anymore,that's not cute. 😮 If you get a salad ,you got to dig deep in your pockets. Oan btw, I was doordashing when I went their, I can't even afford Zaxby's 🫢

Food was to be expected, but they forgot my sauces and silverware which usually comes with that I ordered. Drive through was decently slow as well. I was pretty depressed when I opened my meal to no sauces.

Terrible experience today. It was after 2pm after lunch rush. They were out of food, couldn't make a grilled chicken sandwich. Only one person working the front cash registers and expo window. Was not able to toast my bread for my kickin' chicken sandwich. And Joshua the employee was rude and ignoring customers. Very upset with all service today. Will not go back!
