Had a large order that had a couple of errors, the manager Malcom was very pleasant and fixed the order with no hesitation. The staff was pleasant as well despite them being swamped with orders.

Live out of state now. There are no locations anywhere near me. Was really looking forward to having Zaxby's while visiting.
Unfortunately, sauces have changed. That was always my major deciding factor for choosing them over other chicken chain locations.
The food was decent. I'm just disappointed in the change. Was always a treat when I went home for a visit. Not so much now.
