I paid 12 dollars for a big sax snack dipped in hot honey mustard, large coke and a side of cole slaw and this is what I got

15 minutes for sandwich and fries! No soap in bathroom. Employees on phones handling food.

They will skim your portions to nothing and charge full price. If you call them on it they act like you messed up by ordering there

We ordered our food on the app and when we got there, typed in our spot number. Well we waited 22 minutes after the “food will be ready by” time and then we went inside to get our food because we were sick of waiting. The girl was nice but I could hear the workers in the back complaining and saying they didn’t see that we were here and were irritated. The excuse we were given is there there were only 6 of them working but there were only 3 people in the drive thru and only 1 couple inside at the time we went in. But there were car continuously moving through the drive thru as we were waiting. Our food is soggy and cold and the ice is almost melted in our drinks.

The young lady in the drive thru had the most highly respectful customer service that I have ever had at any restaurant, your mom should be so proud of you. My daughter said mom she has the right personality that others need to have. We need more people like you.

I paid .90 for some bacon they didn’t put on my sandwich… the cheese was just thrown in the middle…. They played with my food!

I drive by 2 zaxbys just to come to this location specifically because they are usually the best out of the 2 around me, but tonight my family and I got out dinner here and the food was not at its best! Dry hardly any fries and we had to wait on top of that. Hopefully this was only a time thing! Very upset

Drive thru speaker is too quiet and worker was mumbling. Didn’t give us any sauce with our order. Have had several bad experiences here before. There were only 2 other cars in the drive thru and it was well after 5 o’clock traffic. I work fast food. It’s not that hard.

There’s typically long stretches between my trips to Zaxby’s because I dislike it so much, but then forget about the previous experience and proceed ram my head against the wall again. Their chicken tenders should be called chicken nuggets. I get home and open my food and the extra money I paid for them to be tossed in Hot Honey Mustard was virtually wasted as over half of each and every tender is dry as a bone. It’s a sad day when the slaw is the best part of a $13 meal at a chicken place. Here’s to another 3-4 months of not going there. Pro tip - if you like their sauces and have the time… order a large sauce of your choosing at Zaxby’s and go pickup Canes. INFINITELY BETTER!

Really I go to order my food and come home to 5 fries like are you serious. You would think someone spending $8-$10 on a damn plate would at least get the proper amount of fries.

I ordered a take-out fried chick salad without the onions and the lettuce included the hard round end of lettuce head, wilted lettuce, brown tipped lettuce, tomato rinds and 3 tiny cucumbers. The chicken was good as usual but the rest of the salad was a disappointment, I can’t believe anyone working at Zaxbys would make a salad like that. I picked out the chicken and threw the rest in trash. Please check on Zaxbys at this location. Somebody is not doing their job!!!!
