Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I love yall.

This place is a badly-maintained crapshoot. Well, maybe it's not that bad, but get this:
- the paper towel dispenser in the men's bathroom isn't working. You tell the guy serving the food about it and he doesn't know what to do about it
- the foot catch for you to use your foot to pull the door hands-free got detached some time ago and isn't there

By far the best Zaxbys in Athens! I will go out of my way to eat at this location. Great food, pleasant staff, and CLEAN! Keep up the good work. I will be back soon!

By far the best meal ive had from any zaxbys in long time. Wings were BIG and juicy (havent shrunk from sitting in the warmer all day), chicken fingers big and juicy and clearly fried in clean grease, and fries were crispy. Wife had the zensation zalad and was also very happy. She loves the eggrolls. Great job epps bridge zaxbys early sunday crew!

Windy (I believe!) went above and beyond today to make sure I had a great experience. She was very warm and polite while taking my order. Very grateful for her! And the fries are amazing.

Got the birthday cake shake and cheesecake bite along with my lunch, not bad. I never go to this location, but it was clean and my food came fast; only had to wait a few minutes for the cheesecake bites. All in all, would go back. Went at 2pm on a Thursday.

My disappointment is immeasurable and my day has been ruined. I ordered 5 Fingerz, plain, and two ranch cups. Instead, I got one plain Fingerz, and a punctured cup of ranch.

My fault for not checking the receipt, but I'm astounded at how they managed to mess up such a simple order. Not to mention the health and safety violation for distributing a damaged condiment.

The chicken finger was good, but wow. Unbelievable.

Horrible staff. Unsanitary. Out of Soda. May I say more. When I brought it to the managers attention she was very rude and disrespectful! I will not be back. The corporate Zaxby’s has gone extremely downhill!!!! What a shame….

Manager Emmy is rude and talks about workers and customers behind their backs. I personally thinks she deserves to be fired, they need to reevaluate their entire staff because I’ve had nothing but bad encounters with this staff except maybe 3 people. Overall this place is terrible and it’s mainly because of a few managers, I recommend taking the extra 2 miles to go to Atlanta highway. This manager staff is despicable and how they treat people is worse. I sat to eat for a few minutes as I could hear a female manager and a male cook talking about me being alone and how I presented myself. Never again will I go here and I will encourage others to also not support this franchise as the franchisee needs to make changes and replace his manager staff.

My first time in the south and heard I needed a meal here. I ordered the Southern fried shrimp, fried pickles, teryliyaki wings and chicken tenders. The shrimp was great! Fantastic crunch and perfectly seasoned. The wings were cooked perfectly with the right amount of sauce. Fried pickles had a great crunch eye the corn meal batter. Chicken tenders were crunchy on the outside and tender in the inside. I appreciate all the sauces that they serve were cold. They weren't serving room temp ranch like some other restaurants do. Staff was friendly and kind! The only complaint was the fries being overly salted. I couldn't eat them.
