Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

What a toilet of a restaurant. Waited and waited for a single chicken sandwich. The manager and a couple workers were sitting in the dining area chatting it up. The guy making food spent more time staring me down instead of making the food. I get the vibe white people aren't very welcome here.

While ordering the lady on the mic was slightly rude and gave it to something else so we had to repost the order all over. We asked for sauce that we were walking to pay for and he energy reeks of just leave, as if she didn't want to work. My first time there but I will not go back.

Avoid at all cost. I’ve waited in a drive through for 15 minutes. If I hadn’t already paid I would be gone.

Slowest Zaxby's ever. Waited at least 30 minutes and it wasn't even busy. Chick-fil-A would never but it was Sunday.

Literally the worst Zaxbys. Workers hang up the phone when you try to call and when they do answer they just push buttons. The GM should really do better.

Slowest zaxbys I’ve ever been too. You could catch a chicken pluck and cook it before you will get your food .

The customer service here is never the same. Sometimes I go and it’s great other times I go, and it’s horrible. I love Zaxbys and this location would be great if they would focus on providing better customer service. The restaurant also could use a good cleaning.

30 minute wait for one item

Only reason i’m reviewing & not going back to the store is because this is not my usual zaxbys, im never on this side of town. but um… what happened? i’m genuinely so confused. i sat in the drive through for 30 minutes then get to the window & sit another 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my payment & give me my drink… window wide open & the cashier talking to her coworker about her plans after work. someone finally acknowledged me, he read my order back to me, gave me my drink took my payment & then sat there for another 5 minutes waiting on my food. window still wide open, i watched him count my extra sauces (they’re all there) and watched him bag my food up and check it …. now /: i appreciated that because i usually check my food myself BUT i watched him check it so i thought i was good. drove another 15 mins home sat down to eat & opened my boxes to this.. but hey atleast all my sauces were there & my drink was right! needless to say, when in doubt always check your food :( because i just paid $17 for food that if i actually ordered it this was probably would of been like 9$-10$

How is the milkshake machine down if they just came back?! The chicken was ok but had no flavor. About have the fries were really good and the other half were awful. Bread was sad.

I went to Zaxby's at Atlanta highway on 11/29/30 at 1:00 and the blonde headed lady at the cash register was very polite ,she chased a customer down just to give him his card he had forgot which was very thoughtful although they were out of coke the food was delicious and fast I would recommend for future visits !!

Worst Zaxbys I’ve seen. Ate there on 11/27/24 at 1229 PM. The lady taking my order (Sierra F per my receipt) was unbelievably rude to every customer. All of the customers just looked at eachother in shock. It was almost like it was a prank. I know everyone has a bad day so I placed my order without incident. Went to get my drink and the Coke was out. I told them at the register and what appeared to be the manager said they were out of Coke. I went to get a straw. No straws. I asked the lady at the register for straws and the actually growled! She gave me some straws. Got my food in a reasonable amount of time. Went to get napkins. No napkins. Asked the gentleman behind the counter for some. He responded that they were out of napkins! I went and got some paper towels from the car. The food was great. Props to the folks cooking. Maybe promote them to management positions and fire your current front staff. I’ve worked in the restaurant business and I know it’s tough but this is up there as the worst service and most unprepared management I’ve seen in my life. I don’t want any free food just wanted to let you know what kind of people you have ruining your business. I’ll never go back and I suggest that anyone looking to go eat somewhere in the area to not go here. I tried to rate my experience on your web site but it would not accept my code. I’ve got a receipt below as proof that I’m not making this up.
