Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Every single time I come here it’s a mid at best experience and this one was no exception the drive tru person does not care about the details of my order, they charged me for stuff I didn’t order and missed things I did. I didn’t bother to ask for a refund because they are so inefficient I knew I was gonna be stuck here for another 30 minutes after waiting 25 for my food to be handed to me. There were literally 4 cars in the drive tru when I arrived so I don’t understand what is the problem
I will never come back to the Atlanta highway location, I like Zaxbys so I will try other locations in the future but that is it for me at this one, not worth it at all. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Walked in at 10:05am. Ordered a Cobb salad from the guy at the county that I am sure just woke up. I was the only one in the store. At 10:22 my name was called. Came to counter and without the girl or guy making eye contact I was handed a bag. Why to they ask if it’s for here or to go and if you say here they hand you a bag? Anyway.This will be the last time I stop at a Zaxbys in Athens. They all are this way!! This is not an employee issue. This is from the top issue. Wished they had upper management to create a positive work environment. It’s obvious that this is not happening.

This is the slowest Zaxbys on this blue earth. Not sure if it’s a staff shortage issue or just them being sorry. I won’t ever attempt to go here again. This has been like the 4th time it has happened. Particularly late dinner time

Ordered online and then got to the store and placed an additional order. The online order I ordered took 35 minutes to become ready. The additional order I placed came with a drink in which I gave away. The black lady that is always there in which has nothing to do with her skin color just saying the one that’s always there with the big backside. Asked me where my cup was and I told her I gave it away because I didn’t need it. I paid for it and yea the cashier told me he could have taken it off but it was after I paid and it was no big deal to me. I paid for it and this lady wanted to say I didn’t pay for my additional meal because I didn’t have that damn cup!! This zaxbys is trash and someone needs to take care of this place!!!

When I go to other locations I get the boss box with tenders. They gave me nuggets. I guess the scraps left over I really don't like coming to the location by the mall

i was in this line for 30 minutes and the food was cold they don’t even seem like they care and customer service is awful

They need to hire more people for the lunch rush they get

This is the slowest Zaxbys i’ve ever been too. On two occasions i have come here, once in the drive through and once inside, and both time i have had to wait over 45 minutes for one meal. With two cars in front of me in the drive through i’ve waited over an hour before getting my food.
