MY FAVORITE RESTAURANT IN ATHENS! This place is unmatched compared to everywhere else. You can tell these people are very good at their culinary craft. I have been there for both dinner and brunch and everything I have had there is just divine! The rigatoni alla vodka is literally the best pasta dish I have ever had in my life. Starting my day off with the lush eggs in purgatory was incredible. Do not skip dessert, the vanilla gelato with olive oil and flaky salt is something that needs to be tried to truly understand.

This is my first time into the restaurant. We were there to celebrate a birthday. All the food that was recommended to me was exceptionally good, and lit up everything that you are hoping for and thinking of when you want to go out for Italian food. The focaccia and whipped ricotta was something I'd never had before, and was an excellent way to start. Our server, David, newest menu pretty well, and was able to make several very particular recommendations based on our tastes and preferences. They all paid off. Thanks, David. For my part, I recommend the Nancy's Sunday sauce. When you dream of what great Italian food tastes like, or when you crave something but you don't know what you want yet, this is it. This is the dish you want.

Very nice place! The food was amazing. I just wish there was Alfredo on the menu. Parking is a pain. They have indoor and outdoor seating available. Service was great, and our server was very nice and rugged items for us to try.

Once again such a beautiful dining experience! Whether you are an Athens local, or visiting the area, ZZ & Simone’s will not disappoint. My husband & I chose ZZ & Simone’s to celebrate our 41st anniversary for a reason. Wonderful cocktails, delicious salads, excellent pizza, focaccia, and last but not least, homemade gelato! I recently dined at ZZ's and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a cozy meal. The staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly, adding a personal touch to my brunch experience. The food was both delicious and beautifully presented, showcasing a thoughtful selection of fresh, high-quality ingredients. The chef’s attention to detail truly shone through. Each plate presented to our table from the expo area was garnished perfectly and with heart. My latte was crafted thoughtfully which is of the utmost importance as well. Very nice offering of drinks. Not a huge menu..which in my opinion is smart to grow your business because you can do it and do it well. I highly recommend ZZ's for anyone seeking a delightful dining experience with genuine care and quality.

In four years of living in Athens this is probably the best food I've had at a restaurant. I was very impressed with the pasta; it was cooked perfectly al dente, not mushy. The chicken parm was also very good, although it could have fed three. The zeppole were fantastic. I will definitely be going back and I would recommend this place to anyone.

The new brunch availability that’s been added is a salve on the brunch needs of Athens. I had the Steak and Eggs and an Everything Bagel with Cream Cheese on the side. It’s all so tasty and satisfying. I love ZZ’s for dinner any day too. The Focaccia with Whipped Ricotta is on of my favorites as well as the Spaghetti al Limòn. Cocktails here have always been great and the flavors and service are what bring us back every time.
