Customer service absolutely sucks! It gives off like they don’t have to be nice because people are still patronizing. The girl at the register has a nasty attitude! The food was just ok. Not good enough to go back and deal with the nasty attitudes. Tip: stay at home if you don’t want to come to work and act like you have a job!

We went there October ninth 2025 the wait was about forty minutes but the food was superb everything was great we will be back there on our next visit to Atlanta!!!!! Service was amazing.

I GOT TWO PLATE OF TURKEY WINGS THAT DAY AND THE FOOD WAS SPOILED AFTER A COUPLE OF HOURS OF BEING IN THE FRIDGE IT HAD A NASTY SPOILED SMELL YO IT AND WATER AT THE BOTTOM OF THE CONTAINER WHICH TELLS ME THEY SOLD FOOD THAT THEY HELD ONTO FOR DAYS HORRIBLE I SHOULD'VE REPORTED THEM TO THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT FOR SELLING OLD FOOD

The turkey wings was the best. The sides could be better. I had a bland macaroni and cheese along with Kale that I guess was to taste like greens. Cornbread had no flavor. The staff was very friendly.
Remember this is an old hometown favorite. No frills and grass walls just good old fashioned soul food cooked by somebody's great grandma! Don't expect extra seasoned but do expect delicious! Great service and positive attitudes!

I said hey to the employee or owner with the braids in a ponytail. She didn’t speak back and looked at me crazy. I’m like oh wow I’ve been coming here for the cold $5 breakfast specials. The only thing that is ever hot is the grits. The food is ice cold! They need to get there food warmers fixed. So I was like let me try the lunch/dinner maybe it will be different. But if I speak and you don’t speak back I’m not supporting any establishment which such attitude. I literally walked out and went elsewhere. I won’t even go back to get the $5 cold breakfast they are serving. Customer service is something they lack.

I can remember when the owner of this restaurant came out to my food truck and invited me out to his grand opening. I must say when they first took over a couple years ago, the food was on point. Now it’s all bland. I had cabbage, dressing. okra and oxtails. The plate taste like hospital food. Customer service is a hot mess. The lady who was in the front line serving the food had about 15 people in line she had the nerve to leave the live to talk on her phone for about 5 min. To say I’m disappointed is not even the least.
