Dinner was very good! Had to order the food through the bartender which was strange to me...there were no waiters or waitresses. Food took a while to come to our table because the bartender was bartending and could not run back and forth to check on our food. Nevertheless, dinner was good, but this is a cashless hotel -- they do not accept cash. AND... the alcoholic drinks costs are very, VERY expensive!!!

It wasn't the best. We went for Sunday brunch and it was very underwhelming. The scenery is cool, but that's it. Plus you have to pay $20 parking on weekends, which is bizarre. I will not be revisiting.

More like a hostel than a hotel. Very loud pool parties until late (10pm or later) and all rooms face the pool. Manager totally dismissive and unwilling to help. You can do much better for the same price in Midtown.

This spot has the potential of being a go to spot but they don't have any flavors for margaritas, they over charge for things like wings, they don't offer parking validation. I just felt like every time we asked for something it was a “no, I'm sorry we don't do that”. I'll pass. Won't be going back

Great food and nice ambiance. The wait staff was just ok. Our waitress was pleasant but not very attentive. We had to ask another waitress for water and had to wait a long time before placing our order.

The DJ was amazing the vibe was awesome! Food and drinks were average service was not that good. Waitress took long too tend to us and looked overwhelmed. We will definitely be back for the DJ and vibes.

Our several was really sweet however our service was very slow and my drink came way after my friends despite me putting my order in prior to their arrival. My po boy was delicious and my friend liked their kale salad! Server just may need a little more training to anticipate the client needs like bringing napkins and refilling waters on an extremely hot day.

I've been to the highnote twice. And I'll never go again. The service is absolutely horrible. The first time, I thought it was just a fluke. I decided to give them a second chance and go again. The second visit was just as bad. The wait staff took forever to get to us. Then it took forever for them to bring our food and drinks. And we requested more drinks. The waitress came, took our orders and never brought the drinks. After waiting for the second drinks about a half an hour. We eventually said "Let's go. This is the second time we've been here. And the second time the service has been lousy. I'll never visit again and would never recommend this place." Management should either find new staff or the entire staff and management should be replaced.

We waited 35 mins.. no one ever came to our reserved table. We tried to get someone's attention everyone walked fast to pass us and avoided eye contact. No one ever checked with us. Not even the person who sat us. Very frustrating experience. Especially since we made a reservation. What was the point?

My social group meetup at the High Note on a Tuesday evening for a girls night gathering. The service was 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and the food was delicious. The cocktails were refreshing and strong too. We will return as a group next month.
