Super simple concept, expertly executed with southern charm. Adam J's uses delicious sourdough bread, mayo and cheese to make the perfect flaky, crunchy gooey sandwich served with just enough chips and marinara. Service is quick and hits the spot at a festival or corporate event!

We used Adam J's as a food truck vendor for an on campus festival. They were professional and friendly! The students really enjoyed the variety of their grilled cheese. We will have them back!

These grilled cheeses are top teir!! So much ooey gooey cheese. These are grown up grilled cheeses with multiple types of REAL cheese, so the flavors are even better than you can imagine! Def recommend.
