Agave has always been a staple in the community. A place you could enjoy a good meal and fellowship with friends, family or even a stranger at the bar. I don't know the owners personally but I've been coming for years. I pray whatever their future plans and endeavors are will be blessed beyond measure.

We have been long time fan of agave. This month, potentially being their last, I made 3 reservations with different groups of people to celebrate the restaurant. Last night we attended with a party of 9. Reservations were great, the table was great, and the food was great. Typically the service is great. However last night was the first time I have ever experienced poor service. Our waiter Justin was bad. We sat in the loft and he would only come to the top of the stairs to speak to us. He never came to the table or around the table to speak to those further from the stairs. He seemed to not care nor did he engage with us. The service was a bit slow, slower than usual. He never came back to check on us, our drinks, or ask us about our food. I brought many people who had not been to the restaurant before and attended to celebrate their last day and to introduce them to the good food. They all noticed his behavior and commented on it. It makes me look bad when I coordinated the event and my friends attend based on my recommendations. Overall a great experience, just not up to par service. No I did not report it, because he should have know given the circumstances.

Tatum was awesome every staff member i encountered was a pleasure to meet the Chef was very interactive with customers and you can tell he really loves the food he puts out. So sad this was my first and potentially last time eating here. Hopefully something better will find them in the future

Great food and great service. No one in my party complained about their dish. I would suggest the lamb or the scallops. Those were my two favorites.

Sad that the landlord refuses to work with this restaurant to keep it open. It's a beloved place in our neighborhood. None of us want it gone. I suppose there will be some big development put there. It's the property owner's right- but just because they can, doesn't mean they should. Thanks for all the great years to everyone at Agave!
Agave was impeccable tonight. We have loved all the recipes for 25 years and are so sad to see them close. Best wishes to the owners and staff.

I authentically enjoyed every aspect of my dining experience. I'm saddened by the restaurant's pending closing, but I am not surprised at all by their continued outstanding customer service in spite of it. Because this staff has what every restaurant needs... providing a wonderful dining experience to each and every patron woven into their DNA! The servers provided the same top notch experience that I, my family and friends have grown to love and expect. The food was delicious, presentation superb and even with the restaurant full of patrons every item was brought out timely and at just the right temperature. From the perfect Pinot Noir, the salmon dip and chips, perfectly seasoned calamari, Caesar salad to the Swordfish and Diablo Crawfish Pasta entreés.. a pure delight! I look forward to seeing where the chef, manager and servers land next because I will be there!
