Stepping into this restaurant, I was greeted by more than just a nice vibe—it was the exceptional service that truly stole the show. Our host/server, Ms. Kim, went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was nothing short of extraordinary. She didn't just take our orders; she engaged us in delightful conversation, making us feel like family amidst the bustling atmosphere. Her recommendations were impeccable, guiding us through the menu with expertise and enthusiasm. The buffalo collard greens were bomb!In a world where great service can be rare, Ms. Kim's dedication to her guests truly shone through. If you're seeking a memorable dining experience infused with genuine warmth, this restaurant is the perfect choice.

Atmosphere and food was great and our server Nadia made the experience all the more special. It was our five year wedding anniversary and she made sure that every detail of the dinner was perfect.

The restaurant is located in a hotel BUT it's very nice. I got French Toast and wings. They only had lemon pepper or buffalo as flavors which I thought was too much for brunch. Got the wings plain and the food and service were great!

Our experience overall was a pretty good one! We went for Valentine's Day and they had a live performer which was a nice touch! There was a bit of a wait but the server was a very sweet and attentive person just not enough seating but they got us in rather swift but I feel like it was just because it was Valentine's Day. But overall would love to come back the food was amazing to me. These other reviews are just rich a**h****

Had to wait a while to be seated and greeted at the table. They appeared to be under staffed. However, the food was excellent. This establishment has great potential they just need the right staff and more organization.

Not what we expected at this price. Service was friendly but slow, server didn't know the menu or even how to open a bottle of wine. Food was brought out haphazardly. Taste and quality was poor..like it was sitting under a heat lamp too long. To add insult, they added a 20% gratuity to our party of four. Find somewhere else to eat. Your welcome.

The resturant was 50 degrees, we didn't take off our coats or hats to stay warm (as did most guests). There is no menu only a QR code to a webpage that is partially broken and out of date (and mostly non-Italian dishes. Also at the very bottom of the broken web page is a hidden footnote in the dessert section that a 20% tip is added to EVERY check regardless of size. Ordered a dirty martini which came out half full and the olives were terrible along with an appetizer, two Caesar salads, two pasta dishes and a bottle of wine for the meal. Caesar salad came out before the appetizers and we were not offered pepper (and no shakers on the table) and the salad was generally bland and lacking dressing. Spinach and artichoke dip was pretty good although the main dish came out at almost the same time as the appetizer. Pasta main course was mushy and bland. Only after the meal was finished did the bottle of wine come out but we couldn't send it back because the server took the cork out of the bottle before bringing it to the table. No idea how this restaurant has been in business for 7 years, we will never return.

The location of the restaurant was convenient and connected to the 12 Midtown hotel that me and my guest were staying in, but the quality of the food left a lot to be desired. I ordered the chicken breast with collard greens and mash potatoes (which took over 30 minutes so the waitress was kind enough to not charge me for the dish) and the chicken breast was extremely dry and tasteless. The collard greens and mash potatoes were ok, but spread over a sweet sauce, which doesn't work with collard greens in my opinion. My guest had the lamb with mash potatoes, which was pretty tasty I must say. My guest also ordered the bread pudding with ice cream, which also ended being delicious, I must say. The overall experience at the restaurant was poor and I was puzzled at how long it took for drinks and the main entree to be served to our table when the restaurant was 85% empty.

The Allora advertisement was Italian cuisine however it wasn't . I had the lamb chop which were very fatty and the mashed potatoes were very bland... I left a suggestion for the chef. And the broccoli was over cooked and they over seasoned to cover that up
