The food continues to be among the best delis in town. Fresh breads, cakes, pastries, and cheese selection are amazing. Our wedding cakes and every anniversary and birthday cakes came from Alon's. We tried others but always came back to Alon's. During my most recent visits, I have been disappointed by the service, though. I'll come by for the food by I am not impressed by the warmth of the people behind the counter particularly where you place soup orders.

I've only had the cookies, but if the cookies are the bomb, the other food might be as well..

I visited alon's for a croissant and a latte one lazy sunday afternoon. not only was my almond croissant lovely but I had such a nice conversation with the young lady at the pastry counter! her positive energy really improved my day and made my coffee that much sweeter.

A place that prepares all kind of food and charge for it quite a bit. They don’t have a piece of lemon or lime!!!

The place is cute…overpriced but it’s Atlanta so it is what it is…but the service…those people clearly don’t want to be there and I get it but you are GETTING PAID and I am GIVING UP my MONEY to purchase from the store YOU work at…so I’ll keep my money. From the time I asked about almond croissant versus pistachio this past Saturday morning, to checking out with the curt young woman at the end on the restaurant, my experience went from peppy and excited to irritated. This was my second time there, the first being two years ago, and I had the same rude experience. I come in smiling and still thanking you for your service despite being treated like a burden. Welp eff this place. And the patrons who don’t mind the attitude only feel you are all servants anyway and you’re not on their level but don’t prove them right….jeez

It smells so good and every time I go the food is good. The chocolate cookies are my favorite and the chicken quesadilla.

My partner brought me here for the first time - I was hoping to find some little sweet treat but I didn't find anything that appealed to me the afternoon I was there. A bit pricey and little parking but to be expected in a trendy neighborhood

I got birthday cakes from here several times. Fruit tart, truffle cake, and raspberry chocolate mousse were pretty good. The store was a bit confusing as it was not clear where to go to pick up an online order for the first time. The staff were not particularly friendly nor helpful as I told one that I was there to pick up a cake and they kept directing me to someone else.
