I ordered a 10 piece combo with fries arrived at my destination. Try the wings and they were so salty. I could only eat two, it's like they poured a box of salt into the sauce and covered the wings. It's ridiculous salty, salty, salty. 10 minutes later my head is hurting so bad and I don't even have high blood pressure. It's ridiculous the way we spend money and can't get a righteous service.

WORST AMERICAN DELI EXPERIENCE This is a rip off American deli. If you’re going to open a franchise please do not take away from the experience or the culture by being cheap and trying to profit more. I ordered a 6 piece combo and they gave me practically a kids cup I asked why and they stated because I have a 6 piece combo. The cup doesn’t even say AMERICAN DELI on it. I hate when people take away from the CULTURE AND EXPERIENCE of The company by being cheap. My wings were EXTREMELY hard and I did not ask for crispy. I called my order in and still had to wait 20 minutes. I do not Recommend coming here. If I hadn’t experienced BETTER American delis I would never go to one again based off of this location alone. CHEAP AND NASTY.

Tried this location once after first moving here, had THE smallest wings I’ve ever gotten. Figured it was a fluke because I used to go to the one in Marietta all the time with no issues. Tried again last night and still the same sad tiny wings with no meat on them. There’s a Wingstop right next door to this location, save yourself the trouble and just go there if you’re ever wanting wings.
First and last time ever coming to this location. Ordered a Chicken Philly and still trying figure out where the rest of the chicken is. The serving size is HORRIBLE! Then I watch them redrop my fries in the grease. Yes I I asked for fresh fries. I also paid the extra 50 cent for sauce and had to ask for it. The woman asked me 3 times instead of looking at my receipt. They are somewhat aggressive and the portion sides are not good. Not worth the price. My American Deli must have me spoiled.

They don’t answer the phone; then when you do get them to pick up, you order, you arrive to pick up your order …. You have to wait long to get food that should’ve already been prepared.
Great wings, friend rice was also very tasty.

Customer service horrible
No frills wings, fries, burgers and cheese steak. The food is of really great quality, not what you'd expect looking at it from the outside or even the inside!I fact the inside has minimal seating so plan to order takeout. The price is great for the amount and quality of food you get. I have never been disappointed here! The wings are better than some places that claim "best wings in Atlanta"!The fries are always piping hot and crispy. The Philly is hot and delicious. Don't worry about it not being authentic I promise you won't care after the first bite!Service is always fast too, perfect for a lunch when you're working!

Worse customer service ever. The lady with the bun always on top of her head is very rude. She starred at me 3 times while I was picking up my food and never decided to greet or ask me anything. This is not the first time she’s been really rude. Shes always making her food in the front and eating on the clock while there is a full lobby of people. I asked to speak with the manager and they told me there was no one there I could speak too. I already know who the owners are and also managers so I know they were lying when I asked for one.
