I recently ordered a Chicken Philly + 5 wings on DoorDash. I got a Chicken Philly + 3 wings. đ¤Śđ˝ââď¸ Why am I required to select a dressing with wings? I donât eat dressing with mine. Then, if you donât have it, you donât remove the charge, you substitute it.

The ladies at the register here are the absolute rudest impatient dismissive group of people I have ever come across. They always act like itâs an inconvenience to give people the stuff they are paying for.
If you donât want to work there QuitâŚbecause ALL of the girls that work in there need to go find something else to doâŚwould not suggest anything in customer service.
And the owner who only comments on the 5 star ratingsâŚâŚ.shame Maybe thatâs why they act like that

I ordered vegetable fried rice from here and it was Horrible. First of all I could count the vegetables on one hand that were in there, so I basically just got nasty fried rice. It had 2 snow peas, a carrot and some onions. It looked nothing like the picture on the menu. I would not recommend this place to anyone, The service wasnât bad, but I came for good food and service, I canât eat service so I was very disappointed to say the least. My mate got wings and fried and he didnât enjoy his food either. He said the wings were mediocre. I really donât do reviews but I had to warn others so you donât waste your hard earned money on this mess.

I ordered off Uber called the restaurant twice to ask for extra extra crispy. Both times the girl placed me on hold immediately, was on hold for over 6 minutes both times. When she finally got on the phone she said your Uber driver told me and your wings are crispy. Uber got here said my order was done when she got there and she is not sure if they are crispy. Tried my wings they were not crispy at all, not fully cooked, and did not have Lemmon pepper sprinkles like I ordered. If you are going to offer Uber orders patrons should be able to specify how they want their wings cooked. Also patrons should not be on hold listening to you take multiple orders in an order with out asking the issue. Wonât order here again

Came for dinner tonight and they filled my Philly cheesesteak with nothing but ONIONS!!! When I pulled all the onions off there is barely any meat in the sandwich. Highly disappointing when you pay so much for nothing

Went because they have one in My hometown. First the girl was On her Cellular phone when I wanted to order. Secondly, the Ice Machine was broken. The philly sandwich was dry, No mayo And Barely could see the Meat. The Owner Must have instructed them to Not put Any meat. They need to do better to get the Money. They have alot of other Philly Sandwich and Chicken restaurants chose Bye. I should have taken a Picture

Every time I walked in there I see chicken that have already been cooked sitting on top of the grease, they precook they chicken and have it sitting out waiting. I work next to American deli so I use to come here on my break and the cashier with the colorful dreads be looking like she have an attitude 24/7. They chicken be hard and to SMALL⌠i will not be eating here again!!!!
