This place never charged for refills before the new staff. Now they charge refills for drinks and they're very selective with who to charge. I saw someone ask for a refill and the lady worker didn't say anything to them and gave them their free refill. Right after, I go and she makes a face and after refilling my drink she tells me this is the only free refill I get, next time I'm paying, even though my order had 3 drinks I paid for on the receipt. (Also my order was $50+ and no refills?) Very greedy and selective on who to serve right.

This used to be one of my favorite wing spots the food was cooked to perfection, the customer service was always welcoming. The crew were always so friendly. However this place has gone completely downhill. Ever since they fired the old crew…this place is TRASH! I tried to call in my order apparently they don’t do call in orders. I had to wait 20+ minutes for my order and it doesn’t taste the same!! This new management/crew is absolutely terrible. Save yourself a trip to this dump.

This american deli used to be the spot and today these 3 men looking females were being rude and arguing with my girl over an extra $20 they had kept at the end it was just 20 dollars but when we received the food it look like it had been spit on so we just left it to them and asked for a refund obviously they denied and the cahier started getting ghetto with her american deli crew but me personally I ain't gone let my girl fight no men looking females ever save your money go to the shallowford instead

Since they fired the ENTIRE old staff this place has lost everything that made it the BEST AmericanDeli around. The staff are inexperienced, rude, and lazy. The fries are the same quality but not the wings. You have to season your own fries and check if they put celery/carrots with your combo; because when I went they forgot it and proceeded to say they didn't have any, or at least not any cut up and ready. They also lacked any sweet tea or unsweetened tea. My mom LOVED this spot, her go to wing spot but this new crew is just not welcoming or understanding. No attempt at making conversation and trying to argue with customers. Wings are too wet, and not crispy. The whole new menu layout is also terrible. Overall the WORST change made to a GREAT AmericanDeli. If it ain't broke don't fix it.

This used to be a good location. I would go here for lunch almost everyday. The wings and fries used to be so good. But about two weeks ago, they fired their entire staff and have a bunch of new people in there and maaaaan smh…. The food is so terrible now the wings are smaller and they do not taste good anymore. I’m so annoyed because i don’t even want to go here for lunch anymore even though it’s so close to my job but the two times i came after they fired all their old staff, my wings were trash. They should’ve kept the old staff!!

The staff before these people were polite, professional, experienced and very pleasant to interact with. Definitely will NOT be purchasing food from this location again. Don't waste your money.
