If you go here don’t order the number four. I believe it is with the wings, burger and fries meal. The fries tasted basic. The wings tasted like they were old and just reheated or refried. It tasted like garbage and the burger is un edible. I took one. I even tried to take a second bite just to see if I was tripping and the patty has zero seasoning no flavor at all y’all charged me damn near $20 for garbage. I could’ve went to McDonald’s for five bucks. I’ve been better off do better. This was terrible and then you guys have a wait almost 30 minutes on a walk-in order. I have people coming in after me. They were getting their food before me. What the hell and then they look at you like you’re a criminal too

Food was horrible. I order a 10 piece combo and 2 piece whiting meal. The fries were extremely soft and the chicken and fish was extremely hard. I called and spoke to a manager about the food that I received he responded and said “oh I’m sorry”not bring the food back and let us fix it just plain I’m sorry and it shows he’s sorry from the food I received. I will never go back to this place.

Customers please be aware of the male light brown skinned cashier who puts the orders in. He is deliberately messing up customers orders and the Owner is rude. Amazing Wings on Candler tastes way better than this American Deli. It is best to record your conversations when you order food from this horrible American Deli. This is to file a lawsuit. The Asian owner is rude! The team who prepared the food is good at what they do. But the male cashier who is light brown skinned cannot be trusted. Please review your receipt and look at your wings before leaving out. Customers pay a lot of money at American Deli and to deliberately mess up a customer order is wrong. This male cashier has done this to many customers and it's wrong. The company should terminate his employment. Next time I will get ready to file a lawsuit and will have my recorder on.

I ordered the house fried rice. I was told it came with peas, carrots, onions and eggs. It also came chicken, shrimp and steak. I realized after mixing my food up , there was corn and green beans in it and no egg. The chicken was cut up so small and the steak was shaved so thin and small. The shrimp was tiny. The green beans were mushy. I called to speak with the owner and tried to explain to him what was told would be in the rice. I was not rude. He was very rude and said comes with mixed vegetables next time be specific and hung up the phone. The only reason I went there is because my granddaughter likes the wings. The owner also stood at the counter the entire time I was there and watched the young lady that was taking orders. I will spend my money there again.
