This employee told me that he didn’t have time to take my 2nd order right AFTER he took my money for the 1st order.

He then rolled his eyes.

It was NOT closing time.

As a fellow mall employee, this is the worse service I’ve ever received first they don’t offer employee mall discounts, secondly they treat their customers like cattle I ordered a ten piece with blue cheese and was told after that I couldn’t receive accommodations I was denied extra blue cheese with a ten piece meal. After paying $15 for a meal, I was told that one blue cheese is significant for a ten piece and even made to pay for one additional. For this being my first time at American deli, it will be my last. Food control after purchase, no acceptable accommodations for customers. Being treated as a number instead of a customer. Not to mention the unprofessionalism. It was only because I am fluent in Spanish I understood that my complaint wasn’t honored and I was being referenced in an unprofessional way by the gentleman working the counter. I do not recommend this place if you’re looking for quality customer service.

Diagnosed with Salmonella after eating here, I had a feeling the chicken wasn’t cooked right- I got here about 30-40 minutes before closing, no other customers around and asked for my chicken to be cooked crispy (like always) and the worker told me it wasn’t possible as this would take an extra 5 minutes… again 30-40 minutes before closing. I reluctantly said okay and noticed the chicken wasn’t possible squishy and didn’t taste right so I ate 3 out of my 10 wings and threw the rest easy- next morning woke up with horrible stomach pain, a fever and chills- I will NEVER eat here again and i advise you do the same.

Do not waste your time, this place is ghetto, unprofessional and they cancel your order without ever calling you. Should’ve known as it was located inside Cumberland Mall.

Horrible customer service, food was not up to American deli standard(tasteless), and very chaotic. The whole time I was waiting on my order, customers were complaining about this food. Either the order was wrong or tasted horrible. I kept telling the lady I wanted dry pepper, yet she decided to give me what she wanted me to have which was mild lemon pepper. The lady got so many orders wrong unit she started telling people you already paid and basically you get what you get. I would never go back to this location. I contacted my bank and disputed the charge. I left that trash on the counter.

Had a craving for a Philly cheese. Sandwich tasted decent, cheese wasn't completely melted on my sandwich. Fries were crisp which I like, meal portion is good.

Sun was our cashier and he was the nicest server I have ever met. The best service I have ever had in my entire life. He was so sweet and helpful and did his job perfectly!

They really charging $1 for a refill on a beverage! First refills used to be free! Guess it’s been a while since I been to baby wings American deli ??then tried to charge my fiance .50 cent for a cup of ice after the refill didn’t come with ice so the drink was hot ?they literally charge to breathe ! I hate this American deli! It just so happens to be the closest one.. gotta find a new wing spot

Most triflin place ever. So damn rude , all of them . Yall weren’t that busy to b ignoring ppl. The lady next to me had to basically raise her voice to b helped. Forget this place.

American deli is the best by far, but this location isn't the best..small...and the Asian people working there aren't as friendly and inviting as the Austell, ga location...I had rather drive an additional 15 minutes to that location just bc of the environment, It matches the good food. Not to mention that in this location that I am rating, I have found a hair on my celery, and the lady took it off with her fingers and told me I couldn't get another plate made. This is the only terrible thing that has happened besides the fact that their combos; example, the 6 piece wing combo with fries and drink is supposed to have celery and carrots or just celery with it but they refuse to give you that if you order a 6 piece combo. You have to get a 10 piece combo or higher to get the side celery which is wrong bc displayed on their menu board says otherwise any wing combo you get it...they are greedy when it comes to that and they also have horrible sweet tea....add more sugar....yall should just go to the Austell location or the one in Atlanta. At least then you'll encounter no issues like I have encountered and get a good amount of food for your buck and great tasting food for your tastbuds.

Parking: Not many spots to park but you can park at the hair salon or gas station and walk which isn't far
