First the store was freezing and it's wenter time then to spend 18.00 on 10 price wings and be told you can get all flats is crazy would have ever paid more from the beging i ask for the wings well done they were undercook the cook tells tge girl well tell her thats goung to be ten more minutes customer service is not here will not be back

Atmosphere and SERVICE was so bad, I got out of character on a worker and I don’t even do that!!! I paid for extra sauce on my fries (.75 for both meals) ABSOLUTELY! Then I paid for more (.75 per meal) because he said he can’t give more than the low amount that he did. (Understandable!!!). Then I say oh yes blue cheese & ranch pls. He said you substituted the sauce already. I said no I did not, not the dipping sauce. I had to tell him that’s not how it works. Whatever. Just go to another American Deli on Saturday night when the man works. (Didn’t get his name). Has to do better!

The food was fantastic. The guy behind the counter did great at making me feel welcome. They do nickle and dime napkins which is a bit odd but other than that, everything else was was great. Food was very fresh and cooked correctly. New to the area and the best American Deli I've been to.

After Ordering from here through Door Dash I spent over $50 and did not get the extra items I was charged for and drinks. When trying to reach out, they do not answer and there is no way to get in touch with the business to leave a message. I can write a letter if need be but have no info for that either
The young lady was nice. Guy was really rushing everyone abd a little frustrated. We purchased food and the soda machines were cut off more than 15 minutes before close. We werw told that dining was closing 10 minutes before the store closes and we were still eating. The wings were very small. The screens were cut off to all food and people could only order wings.
