I was the only person in the store waiting for someone to come take my order. One of the employees walked from the back of the store and walked out while I was standing there waiting for assistance. The other employee continued to do what she was doing until she was ready to take my order while I was waiting for her assistance. Again, I was the only customer in the store waiting.

Spend your money else where. They’ll charge you for double flavor on 1 count of wings and won’t actually put it. Can’t call in orders, better AD than this.

The customer service was very pleasant and the peach juice was delicious. however the wings were dry and no flavor. I had all flats half hot and bbq. The sauces taste watery. The fries were too overcooked and okay. The rest room doesn’t work and the chairs in dinning area was broken. The restaurant just looks ran down or raggedy. I will never come here again.

Came at 9:45pm only to tell me there closed but the hours clearly say 10pm and if you close why are the door open for customer to come in? On the door and on google says they open until 10PM

I ordered from this restaurant through Uber Eats on 08/07/2025.. I didn't even want my food coming from this location, as I selected another location closer to the delivery address. Their wings are VERY SMALL. RED FLAG #1. In addition to this, I paid EXTRA for sauce, and they FAILED to put that extra sauce in a leak-proof container. RED FLAG #2. All of that sauce spilled in the bag, getting on the napkins and condiments. News flash, American Deli, double-tying a bag is NOT FOOD SAFETY. Ensuring that every food container is thoroughly sealed, is.... scotch tape works. RED FLAG #3. My drink, which was included in this combo was NOT included in this order. RED FLAG #4. I will make sure I never get any food from this location again. Do not patronize this location. I looked at the negative reviews for this location. They only reply to reviews that are positive. RED FLAG #5: this location does not hold themselves accountable for their mistakes.

Sad experience after many good experiences. I have been eating wings here for a long while. They always do them extra crispy like I ask. Well today, they totally bricked my order and made me some chicken briquettes. They fried them for 25minutes!!! There was nothing left to eat.

And when I asked for a refund as I had no time to wait for another remake, she basically refused to give me anything back in return. She didn't even offer to remake them. The manager didn't even speak English. So sad.

They had no change, she was rude! Then they started speaking Spanish in front of me and that was rude because I didn’t know what they were saying. Tell management to get change for this establishment because people are spending money and lots of in American deli to eat. Get better graters and cashiers as well!
