The food here is always good

Hair was in the food. I wanted to take a picture of it but the cashier snatched the plate so fast and threw it away. When a refund was requested, the cooks and cashier decided to remake the meal because they “ don’t give away free food”. Nevertheless, they remade the plate but I really just wanted a refund.

The service is fine here but the food is one or the worst American Deli's around (the west side( .... you better off going down MLK to the other American Deli near PLANT FITNESS

I have notice this location also have much longer wait times compared to other American Deli's

The service is decent and they do have public restrooms which is a plus.

I heard that the food was good. Therefore, I was excited to try them. I ordered 10 BBQ wings and let me tell you that the wings were so so small that it took 3 of them just to make 1. I thought that had got punked until I looked at my other family members plate who ordered wings too. Theirs looked just like mine too! Is there a shortage on chickens 🐔? However, they did flood the plate with fries that weren't cooked all the way. Also, I paid a dollar for extra blue cheese. Not only didn't get that one but I didn't get the free one either. We won't be going back there while visiting here. Totally disappointed!!!!!!!
