The meal was good albeit a few of the drinks were overly sweet and the hummus was lacking in some lemon, garlic. Felt like it was just puréed chickpeas. All the other meals were phenomenal.
A true gem in Virginia Highlands. Affordable, great service, and patio was intimate and cool with fans. Will be back time again!
Wow, this was our best surprise restaurant in years. The service was amazing and so personalized from the moment we walked in the door and the food was absolutely outstanding. Truva should be on all the top restaurants of Atlanta lists. Delbar, Ela and Rumi's get so much attention but we liked the food and service here way better. Highly recommend. I regret not trying Truva sooner!
The food is always fantastic, the service attentive (even gave my service dog water from a beautiful bowl
Arrived for an early dinner (5:30 PM) on an Wednesday as a date night before a concert. Everything was wonderful. Well presented and delicious. Truva is very consistent in their food. Kitchen was putting out first table for the evening and portions and presentation was especially good. Staff and kitchen were relaxed and not covered by large weekend crowds. This early evening was an especially wonderful experience at Truva!
Fantastic food. Wish we had been hungrier - there is so much to choose from. We shared a mixed grill for one and the octopus hot mezze. Both were excellent and plenty of food. Nice wines and friendly staff. Highly recommend.
We got the mixed grill platter for 2, and it was plenty of food for 3 people. The meats were cooked to perfection and juicy. The beef was hands down the best. The charcoal bits on the grilled chicken were amazing. We wish there was more space in our stomachs. Compliments to the chef!

I discovered this place, first time going to Blind Willie's and finding out their kitchen was being renovated. I step into this amazing place, Truva, I was starving. I ordered the salad and salmon OMG the food was DELICIOUS, and the salmon cooked exactly as I like it. I never had a salad like theirs, sooo damn good. Oh, I forgot to mention the bread and delicious dip made with dry roasted tomatoes and olive oil. The hospitality was everything. Thank you. I highly recommend this place. My mouth is watering for more. I'll be back next week.

We had a great experience here! Jim was super helpful in guiding us through the menu and explaining the differences between the dishes.
The food was delicious, with big portions and fresh drinks. Everything came out quickly, and we really enjoyed sitting outside. There’s plenty of parking, and the outdoor seating is pet-friendly, which was a big plus for us.
Overall, we loved the service, the food, and the atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Truva is one of my favorite restaurants in the ATL area. Everything from the starter bread to the meat is delicious! I have yet to have a bad dish at Truva!

My husband and I go there all the time for our date night and we love it. The food is great. The ambience is great. The servers are happy and helpful and the managers awesome .
We went to Truva today at 12:30 pm for lunch and ordered Doner. Truva is my go to place for Mediterranean/Turkish food but now I started to think that doner could be from the day before. It was so dry and had a bad taste. I mentioned the waitress that is the worse doner I have eaten in this restaurant and she said that she would mention to the kitchen but a few minutes later she came back with the check. No sign of the kitchen staff. Yes, I would go there again but this time I would ask when they made the doner.
Lahmacun and Cig kofte were good.
To Enver: It is unfortunate that you were not there :(

First off, if you’re looking for brunch, skip this place. Not only is the menu just the regular menu, I guess they use it as an excuse to do everything slower. The place was empty except for us and two other tables, but it took us about two hours to get in and out.
Second, DO NOT ORDER THE MEDITERRANEAN WRAP! It was 90% lettuce, tomato, and cucumber in a tiny, cold, wrap that they’re charging $17 for. Not yummy, not filling, and you can make it at home and be happier spending less money on it. I get they want to offer sandwiches, but they should start with offering one good sandwich first.
Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options, but you’ll be happier going somewhere else. They’re not clearly labeled, and the dishes that are vegetarian seem to be a huge afterthought in comparison to anything else on the menu.
