Amorino Gelato - Atlanta

The gelato itself tastes good but those 2 girls that work there were so busy chit chatting they neglected their customers so the line just was not moving. We waited over 30 minutes for 1 gelato….

Merely from the gelato-filled macarons, I could tell they have some of the best gelato, hands-down. Upon trying the Chocolate and the Pistachio Macarons, I was obsessed. After having their sorbets as well, I’m completely floored by the texture and taste of their dairy-free options. Totally recommend!

Lots of gelato flavors. Mine was tasty and felt reasonably priced for its size. It appears you place your order at a kiosk vs speaking directly with someone. The kiosk has pictures which is helpful to see all the options. I didn’t see samples of the sizes which could have been helpful but I might have missed it.

I recently ordered gelato and sorbet catering from Amorino at Lenox Mall for our office Ice Cream Social, and it was absolutely fantastic! A huge thank you to Gabby, who went above and beyond to make everything perfect. She carefully packed all the gelato, waffle cones, cups, spoons, so that everything arrived in excellent condition. Her attention to detail and friendly, helpful attitude made the entire process easy and stress-free.

Located right in the middle of Lenox, there's a gourmet gelato place that does crepes, waffles, and drinks. We got cones where we picked our own flavors. You can sample flavors. The small cone was about ~$6.50, and presentation was great. The chocolate, strawberry, and mango was especially good.

Unfortunately, our experience at Amorino was disappointing. When we ordered our ice cream in waffle cones, the staff initially served them without the usual paper wrapper around the cone, which is not very hygienic. When we asked for new ones with the wrapper, they replaced them but noticeably skimped on the ice cream layers for both mine and my husband’s cones. It felt rushed and careless. Not the quality or service we expected from Amorino.
