I'm a full-time actress in the Atlanta. Born and raised in England ?? my boyfriend and I decided to eat at Andreas. The first thing I noticed was how beautiful the place was decorated.Not only with food but home deco. Customer service was very warm and welcoming. karen, and the other workers were very friendly. The food was amazing. I highly recommend this place. The area was very clean and the music was very, very good overall, I give this place a ?

The food made me go back for seconds. I had more than enough because the serving portion was in abundance‼️ It was so good I had to go back. I felt invited, I laughed while being served, and the recommendations were spot on!

Food was better than expected. They had a variety of food to choose from. Great service. I didn't give the atmosphere a 5 because the place is a bit old. Don't let that be the reason you don't go eat at this place.

This place was amazing. The food was so good & very fresh. On top of the great food the customer service was EXCELLENT! The ladies were so sweet. I will definitely be back!

I love this food , starting off the jerk was seasoned to perfection. I know customer service sometimes change with the volume of business, but honestly it’s slacking. I didn’t care to much for the service earlier. This was my second time. The food is very good but how they had me hooked , was the food was the same. I’m sorry. I like the jerk the way it was. “ she made me me feel bad “. I come to this place , looking for the same results. I was very disappointed. ? I even helped broadcast this establishment. I’m complaining because , I’m a consumer and I cook myself and the owner needs to know it. Very good food , it’s slacking now. God bless.

This place is just perfect ? on all levels. The food is amazing however the people are even better. My favorite place on this side of town.

The food was very, very salty..I'll never eat there again. Should have followed my mind and the bad reviews. It's obvious the good reviews are coming from people who really don't know good tasting jamaican/Caribbean food. Nice settings, though. You just need a good cook/chef.

I visited for the first time today and was not impressed. First, the light skinned heavy set server was very rude and very impatient, especially given that I was the only customer in line. She doesn’t need to work with the public. I’d planned to order several items and spend more money, but her bad attitude deterred that. Second, the food tastes bland and underwhelming. The oxtails were tough and overcooked. The cabbage was unseasoned and bland. Also, she told me I could only get 1 side with my $30 large plate instead of 2 sides, which is crazy and stingy given that it’s the most expensive plate. Third, the food gave me mild food poisoning shortly after eating it (nausea, vomiting, headache, fever like symptoms). I do not recommend this restaurant. There are much better restaurants to enjoy Caribbean cuisine. Andrea’s isn’t it.

Edit: Be sure to read the owner’s response to my review and other reviews, see the huge red flag, and RUN. Don’t risk your health or money here. She is defensive (which speaks to the bad attitude and energy here) and she lacks accountability, rejects constructive criticism, gaslights, minimizes, lies, and denies. No wonder the food and business are trash. Notice that there are recurrent themes in the negative reviews of this restaurant because people’s complaints are true and valid. She refuses to accept them and make meaningful changes.

I love the atmosphere & customer service! However ? my food left a lot to be desired. I was there last weekend & I sampled the curry goat, great flavor & thickness of the gravy was on point but I chose the curry chicken because the goat needed more time to tenderize. Mind you I didn't sample the curry chicken 1st. I was so disappointed? when I got home & began to eat. The chicken was dry, had no seasoning to mention & was more like turmeric chicken rather than curry. I say that bc the chicken was yellow & that's it! The gravy wasn't giving gravy but rather broth & my collard greens could've used more seasoning. The rice & peas were probably the best part of the meal. I'm leaving this review not to be negative but to hopefully inspire greater!! You may need to consider adding a new cook bc I love to support melanated business & look forward to returning for a better food experience!

This is the BEST Jamaican food I’ve ever had in my life. I got the Mac and cheese, brown stew chicken, rice and peas with cabbage, and a beef patty! They are PHENOMENAL here at this place. I am so grateful! Y’all are the absolute best! Almost have tears right now ??

Wow, my first time at this place was absolutely amazing! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with so much warmth. It took me a minute to decide what to order because I'd never tried these types of dishes before, but the owner was incredibly helpful. She was so patient, guiding me to the best choices for me, and I ended up loving it all. The customer service was top-notch, the place was so clean, and the amount of food I got for the price was just fantastic!

My food was very bland and I definitely didn’t like the customer service. Luckily I was really hungry or I would have walked out of there. The lighter skin lady is not friendly and not professional enough to deal with the public. Ringing me up and just walking off once my transaction was complete pissed me off more. Give me my bag and offer me a receipt. She just really seemed like she didn’t want to be bothered and for that I won’t go back. With better customer service I would keep going even if I don’t love the food. I dislike feeling like a business feels as though they’re doing me a favor. Won’t go back
