Faster and very tasted.
I like it. Creamy ice-cream is perfect 👌.
Absolute terrible place to be an employee for. Don’t recommend working here.
Yummy... so so yummy
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
If Andy’s Frozen Custard had an MVP, it would be Gavin. Honestly, I don’t know if Gavin is secretly part-owner, a custard-flavored superhero, or just a customer service prodigy sent to us from above—but whatever it is, he’s redefining what it means to work at an ice cream spot.
From the moment he greeted me, I felt like I was walking onto a red carpet instead of into a dessert shop. Gavin didn’t just take my order—he curated an experience. He knew the menu inside and out, gave spot-on recommendations, and somehow made me feel like choosing between a concrete and a sundae was a life-changing decision (and he was my personal advisor).
The custard itself was rich, creamy, and perfect—as always at Andy’s—but let’s be honest: Gavin is the secret ingredient. The way he carried himself, the enthusiasm, the precision in scooping and topping—Michelin-star chefs could take notes. My only regret? That I can’t give more than 5 stars.
If Andy’s ever builds a Hall of Fame, Gavin deserves the first plaque. Until then, consider this my standing ovation.
Fresh frozen custard blended with your preference of toppings.
Love this place. Fast friendly service and tasty treats
Avoid the caramel apples that they are advertising like crazy. When I returned mine the first time because it was completely rotten inside, the employee told me he advises everyone not to order them. Asked him to cut it open and he said he couldn't. Took it home and it was also rotten.
Honestly this was a real disappointment after driving so far! Really terrible customer service from the young lady and the concretes were soupy and just didn’t taste right! Almost asked for it to be remade but the group of teens just huddled around playing. I was there 9/19 around 8pm. Although this wasn’t my first visit it could be my last… to this location!
Great custard! Lots of options, so took a while to decide. Also not a lot of seating but a lot of standing room. Cool garage-esque interior.
Cheap with toppings compared to other locations, employees have zero idea of what’s going on.

Great service, friendly staff, yummy treats.
Service was quick, staff were kind, got my custard! Wins all around
The staff is always pleasant and the custard is great. The location on N. Druid Hill is hard to navigate in and out if you are turning in the opposite direction.
Very good custard
Really good custard.
