Just left this location. I ordered a strawberry and Oreo small concrete and a small bootdaddy concrete. I was handed a well combined bootdaddy and a cup that had about a table spoon of strawberry and Oreo in one corner of the bottom of the cup and rest was vanilla custard. When I asked for it to be made with the correct amount of toppings mixed in as advertised, I was told they could not mix the toppings as they were not trained to. When asked how did the other cup in my order become mixed together, there was no explanation. I asked for a refund. If you want your custard like it is advertised, do not come to this location.

Serving Looks ATL

9/19/24 update:

I recently visited Andy’s Frozen Custard in Atlanta, and trust me—this place is a frozen dessert dream! Since 1986, they’ve been perfecting their custard game, and it’s no surprise they’ve got 158 locations across the country. Everything is made fresh hourly, and you can taste the quality in every bite.

I couldn’t resist trying their limited-edition Pumpkin Pie Concrete—it’s their freshly baked pumpkin pie blended into their creamy vanilla custard, and it’s basically fall in a cup! ? I also sampled the S’mores Jackhammer, which is vanilla custard mixed with hot fudge and graham cracker, then filled with gooey marshmallow. YUM! ? And if you're a coffee lover, you have to try the Yummy Latte—a rich blend of frozen custard, espresso, and your choice of creme caramel or fudge. It’s the perfect pick-me-up.

Whether you’re grabbing a simple cone or treating yourself to something seasonal, Andy’s has something for everyone. Walk up or hit the drive-thru, but don’t miss out on these incredible desserts.

Which Andy’s treat would you order first? ?Let me know in the comments below right now.

I couldn't resist giving Andy's Pumpkin Pie Concrete a try, and let me tell you, it was a fall-flavored dream come true! ??✨

With every spoonful, I was transported to an autumn wonderland. The creamy vanilla custard and spiced pumpkin pie blended together harmoniously, creating a flavor explosion that had my taste buds doing a happy dance. ??

What's fantastic about this treat is that it captures the essence of the season perfectly. It's like savoring a bite of fall in a cup! ??

Staff was incredibly kind and spoke good French. Fun environment. There is no indoor seating, there are just a few benches (some covered and some uncovered). Delicious custard. Not cheap, but reasonably priced. You'll play $7 for a small and $8 for a medium and $10 for a large custard. Lots of options. Definitely a place I recommend!

Went to try frozen custard place. Was very excited. Tried the brownie jackhammer and triple chocolate concrete but was definitely underwhelmed. It didn't taste like custard at all. Was expecting it to be rich and creamier than regular ice cream but it was just like regular Ice cream. May or not go back to try more options.

I used to love this place. But its getting progressively grosser. Today one of the workers tried to kill a fly with her hands OVER my sons ice cream. Thats after her rolling her eyes wheb I told her to hand me my sons order before the fly landed on it. I was given a dirty spoon with hair on it. Everyones shirts were dirty. I saw a little black bug walking across the register window. And when i asked to speak to the manager after finding the hair on my spoon the manager who had to be like 18 just started laughing. I knew i was wasting my time. Guess we are back to going to Brewsters for special treat says cause ???

Update my son and i have been sick to iur stomach all day since eating here. Idk how someone can get a sour stomach from custard, but i got a feeling someone didnt wash their hands after using the bathroom

Went here for a quick snack on my way to work. While I was waiting in the drive thru waiting for the car ahead of me to move forward, an employee came out with a touch pad to take my order. I was a bit surprised, but it made sense since the line of cars was starting to queue up behind me. I went ordered a small key lime pie frozen custard. The custard was smooth and creamy with the Key Lime flavor lasting halfway before a Vanilla taste came in. An alright experience with alright food and great customer service. A good place to go on a hot day and enjoy something cold.
