Always stop by this store for a treat and it has never steered me wrong! The custard is always fresh and delicious, and the staff is always welcoming and helpful. Always pleasantly surprised with how quick the service is as well.On my more recent trip Jessica helped me out. Jessica went above and beyond, and is always very friendly. Service as exemplary as they gave me is a huge reason why people keep coming back here!PS add brownies to the snowmonster it’s amazing.
I had tried a rootbear float I will never try it again but ended up getting a custard i forget the flavor but it was amazing and i would definitely recommend them to anyone who have never tried them before

Nice staff but jeez just go get a Sundae at Micky Ds . I couldn’t tell the difference in their turtle sundae and the fast food version.

The Waffle cone tasted like stale salty plastic. The ice cream was just not good. As an ice cream connoisseur this place was disappointing.
The kids running the place need more/better direction. I'm watching what is happening between taking orders (or not) and production/expediting there is much room for improvement

My friend Edwin insisted we come here even though custard is a mystery to me. Not only did I love it completely, it turned Edwin into a giddy 14-year-old boy, as pictured. It was delicious!
Nice stop for custard. Open, covered seating as well as benches. Plenty of choice for toppings, sundaes and ices.

I ordered a double malt, they handed me a chocolate shake. I sent it back three times and finally threw it out after they failed to fix it. I went back in line and bought another making sure that it would be made with just the custard and not chocolate custard. They got it right this time but there was no malt flavor. They must put a dash of malt in it as it has zero malt flavor. All I tasted was a super liquidy overly sweet vanilla shake with no flavor. Would have liked to have gotten what I paid for twice. Shameful what took place, should have requested refund.

I went here 2/15/2024 first time ever. I was on my phone on my lunch break and this place popped up on my feed on ig. After I got home from work and got showered I went to this location. I got the biscoff pint mixed with custard delicious! I initially went inside to the counter where the employee gave me 2 samples of the custard chocolate and vanilla. I got home and opened this up and proceeded to eat it. I intended on saving half for later. My mind told me to put it in the fridge but my hand wouldn't let me put the spoon down. Next time I'm going to try the biscoff mixed with cookie butter option they call it concrete.
