Angry Crab Shack

Me and my friend visited the Angry Crab Shack about a month ago and will say that it was very good!

Ambience- It looks like your typical "Crab/Seafood shack". It was bright inside and looked clean.

Service- I wish I could remember their name, but they were on triple duty. Not sure where everyone else was, but they were the hostesses, out server and bartender. They did an amazing job!

Food- We thought the food was amazing! It was really fresh.

Lobster Crostini- We ordered this as an appetizer and oh my goodness! They put so much meat on the top. It was delicious!

Twin Lobster Rolls- (Friend) I tried a piece of hers and it was very good. Meaty and fresh.

Fried Lobster Roll- (Me) Again, very good and meaty.

The bread for the rolls was also toasted and buttered just right.

Hush puppies- Perfect size because I hate when they are too large. Very good also.

Drinks- Blueberry Mojito (Me) loved it. I would come back just for drinks and appetizers too.

As the tik tokers say, 10 out of 10, highly recommend!

I decided to come for a date night, we ordered boil for 2. Loved the lobster it was cooked perfectly! Atmosphere was amazing great music we really liked the VIBE ! The service was exceptional!! Thank You agin Kyana! You definitely made my partner and I feel comfortable and welcomed, Your energy was amazing definitely made our night! She guided us on how to order and even gave us a lesson on how to eat crab ? that’s TOP TIER service ? we will definitely be back

I went back after some time because before it wasn’t good. THIS PLACE HAS DONE A FULL 360. The service was amazing my server was fantastic and the food was really good 10/10 experience for me

I got the chance to be the first customer after change management. I can tell the service was great, Will was amazing and the rest of the staff was very friendly. And of course the food was awesome!

18% gratuity on all checks? I was only a party of two and the food was just trash. I should’ve read the room because it was surly empty on a Saturday. I ordered a chicken sandwich and expected an actually piece of chicken breast not chicken patty. I ordered Mac & cheese for my son & it was dead the box Kraft Mac & cheese, something I could’ve made my child at home. Won’t see me again.

The service sucks except for Nika and she wasn’t even are server but we saw her doing everything food sucks not well made and you can see the cooks just lazing around in the back expensive for no reason I was about to leave when they said the food was ready and still took another 20 min for the food to come absolute mess the appetizer came after the food so make that make since just worst place you could go stay away

This place has the worse customer service. First thing our waiter says to us is their is a mandatory 18% tip charge no matter what. I should have known then that it was gonna be horrible service. She took our order and brought us our food, that's it. The place was empty but she never came to check on us in case we needed something. Never got refills for our drinks or to go boxes. I strongly recommend anyone thinking about eating here to just find another seafood restaurant. These people could care less about providing service they just want your money. They got me once but i will never ever eat here again. It's literally a scam and the food is mid at best. If you want seafood go to a juicy crab or crab hut, they are 100x better than this place.

For the amount of money this food cost, I expected way better. I could've went to Juicy Crab and had better than this. We got the Shack Mix bag. The lobster tail was like rubber, the crab legs tasted burnt , the sauce just a waste of $131 with a 20% gratuity automatically added. First and last
