what a bummer! I placed an online order that ended up costing over $100 for two people. Unfortunately, the food didn't arrive as I had requested. I specifically asked for both protein and carbs, but they missed out on some of the carbohydrates I had ordered. Tasty food but their online delivery service need to improve !

The crab legs were not steamed properly, as the crab legs were soggy. No utensils were provided as well as wet napkins. The gumbo was sweet and sort of sour. The rice was not fresh. Service was aweful and 18% tip included only one server. Very disappointing meal. No wonder they call it the Angry Crab Shack!

Normally, I stop by for lunch and get the crab and shrimp combo for 15.00. All Dine-In has an 18% gratitude added to bill. Food is always good. Service is good. The restaurant was clean. Forgot to take a pic before eating, lol.

I have to say this was the worst place I have ever eaten seafood. The waitress Keke was not the best. The food was horrible. We were a party of 4 and we ordered the shrimp basket I had a side order of catfish. The fish look like it was fried twice. The shrimp batter was soggy inside. Cole slaw was turning colors it was old. It had a sour taste. They had about 4 workers. It was not a great experience. All of us was sick from the food. Will NEVER eat there nor recommend it.

Unfortunately, I haven’t even received my food. I waited 40 minutes to be seated, waited another 20 minutes after being seated to place my order, to then be told there is an 18% gratuity added to all checks. I asked to speak with a manager, KeKe who is front of house manager, came to my table. She was very short and basically said that the gratuity is mandatory, and although it isn’t written anywhere in the restaurant, that verbal notification serves as sufficient notice. I am extremely displeased with my experience thus far, hoping the food will make up for the lack of service.

10/10 DO NOT RECOMMENDWe waited for over an hour just to be seated (they said they had kitchen problems).The food was AWFUL. They did not bring our sausage or potatoes with the boil. We waited another 1.5 hours to get our food and check. We only saw our waitress once and had to ask the hostess to get our check.When we were seated, the waitress said that it was policy for parties of 2 or more that they automatically add an 18% gratuity. After looking over the menu, at the very bottom it says “parties over 6 or more, a 18% gratuity is automatically added” which is their loss because I am a 20-25% tipper. Spend your money elsewhere.

Food was not good. I got a build your own bag with naked shrimp and sausage. The sausage was big and bulky. The shrimp was okay. I ordered a side of calamari and it was burnt and nasty. Would not go here again I spent $40. The service was nice though.
