bland and soggy food! I ordered the tofu stir fry and it had no flavor whatsoever and was covered in a watery brown “sauce” . $4 upcharge for fried rice that was so bad as well, the prices are crazy for this subpar at best food ?

My dad was in the hospital because he just had surgery and I didn’t want him to eat the hospital food so I decided to order him some soup. It was my first time ordering from this restaurant. When I received it, it looked really good. We ordered $62 worth of food. I ordered him some Chicken Pho…I ordered shrimp spring rolls, tofu spring rolls, and fried shrimp. After setting up my Dad’s Pho in front of him, I sat down and started eating one of my shrimp. My dad ate his soup and he said it was good then he all of a sudden called my name and said oh my God it’s a roach in my soup!!!! He almost lost his breath!!! Now you know he just had surgery so it was a big mess. It was horrible. I called Uber Eats and they took FOREVER to respond.. They didn’t even offer a refund, which was very disappointing. I called the merchant and he said it’s nothing that they can do. The manager wouldn’t even get on the phone and they were so rude. I didn’t eat any of the food but a bite of the shrimp. I wasn’t going to post these pictures but I’m going to post them everywhere now to let everybody know to beware of this place. They TRULY DON’T CARE ABOUT CLEANLINESS AND THEY ARE NARCISSISTIC….BEWARE!!!! The roach was cooked in the PHO!!! Gross!! I’m looking for an attorney to take this case because this is unacceptable!?????

As one of the few late-night options open in Midtown, it’s nice to have an alternative to greasy bar food. They’re open until 2 am most days, but I recommend calling ahead and asking if you decide to go after midnight. One of the days I wanted to go, it was already closed by 11:00 pm. When I called ahead the next day, they apologized and said they’d been understaffed the previous day.I did finally go around 12:30 am, and the staff worked diligently balancing customers coming in to dine and what seemed like a never-ending line of delivery drivers coming to pick up orders. I ordered the pork BBQ banh mi and spring rolls, and my husband ordered the rare steak pho. They were all excellent! The pho broth was very flavorful, and the steak was very tender. Sometimes, pho broth can be very bland, but that was not the case. My banh mi had very tender pork and a light but flavorful barbecue sauce that I enjoyed.

Joe was great. Bless the workers who work these hours. Pho was great but could use a little more meat.

I really hope restaurants take more pride in preparing to go orders when customers order through delivery apps. This is another one that’s failed miserably and pho is so simple to get right after the hard work of making the broth is done. The flavor of the pho itself was decent but, these were my issues with my order last night:I ordered through Postmates but noticed there wasn’t anywhere listed for me to purchase extra some extra items I like so I listed it in my notes. “There’s nowhere listed for me to purchase but, extra basil and limes please”. I always ask for it if I’m in a restaurant so I put it in the notes. I ordered the veggie pho which comes with tofu but I don’t eat tofu. So I told myself I’ll just call to specify after adding that to the notes as well.I call to reiterate everything after placing the order and the gentleman I spoke with said he will let the kitchen know. All good. This is where my issues begin.. I get my food, they literally gave me 3 basil leaves attached to a stem, they charged extra for hoisin sauce which I paid extra for.. and they gave me 2 hoisin sauce packets IN TOTAL… the small packets. My bean sprouts came wet and soggy as if they pulled them out of soup and bagged them… but they didn’t smell like soup. Dirty wet bean sprouts???? And lastly, the peanut sauce served with spring rolls is watery and thin.Thankfully the pho had no tofu. So obviously they got the notes whether it was from me listing it or making the call and decided to BLATANTLY IGNORE everything else. Also, if you plan to order to go from here.. always get the extra broth on the side. If I hadn’t ordered it, I wouldn’t have had enough broth for a regular order.Just because the customer isn’t there in person, doesn’t mean you shouldn’t take the same pride in their order. Do better

We had a disappointing dining experience where we waited 45 minutes for just two bowls of noodles. Everyone else in our group had their orders served while we were left waiting, and it was only after repeatedly reminding the staff that our dishes were finally brought out. The server was arrogant and the service efficiency was extremely low. Additionally, the food was very unpalatable.

My go-to neighborhood Vietnamese.Usually get the pho for hangovers, vermicelli or banh mi for lunch. Can’t go wrong with the house fried rice (or chinese sausage fried rice if you’re into that).Take-out pho portions are pretty small, but love that there’s an option for extra sides like broth and extra noodles and rice, etc.Wheelchair accessibility: ground level

Nothing against the restaurant itself (super clean and nice staff) but the drunken noodles had no veggies like in the pictures. It was all mushy and the same color. Tasted alright but just not what I expected. It was hard to tell the onions from the noodles.

Food was good but I just wish the broth was a little more flavorful. I wasn’t disappointed though. The shrimp spring rolls were delicious. I ordered Uber eats this time. Next time, I’m dining in.

This was our second time eating here. The service was slow to say hello and bring water. The food was fast for one person and slow for everyone else. The Pho Tai came again without the greens. Why do in-town Vietnamese restaurants think they can cheap out on what makes the soup good. also if you run out of basil and Culantro tell your customers. Don’t just bring bean sprouts.

My date & I decided to check out Ang’s kitchen on a random Tuesday night. We got there at 10:30 & They closed at 2 am. The chairs were all up and there the lights off for the extended seating. Immediately greeted with a dismissive attitude. Ordered our food on the kiosk. My date was trying to ask questions about the menu and the waiter would just ignore her until I said something about answering the questions. We got our food in a timely manner. It was pretty good. We both got the filet mignon pho w/ extra bean sprouts. They charge for extra siracha & hosian ? And don’t have a bottle of it? Weird. Had to chase the staff person down the entire meal. Kept forgetting things. Best part ; at the end of the meal there was a cockroach on the wall. Near my head… my date motioned towards me & I spazzed. Told the waiter and he said it was no big deal “all kitchens have roaches”… I think tf not. We will not be back. Wouldn’t recommend.

I'm not sure what the brown, caramelized topping was (maybe it's sesame seeds?) but I can say that it's hands down the best mango sticky rice ever.
