I ordered pad thai and they put beef and broccolli in my bag! Terrible food!

The pho is good but it is absolutely freezing in there. Thermostat literally reads 58 currently. I’m told the owner won’t let them turn up the heat because it’s expensive.

I love Vietnamese food and have been searching for a go-to place in midtown Atlanta. I've had some reasonably good experiences at Anhs Kitchen, but it has a changing complexion that has caused me to strike it off my list of candidates. I and my companion ordered pad thai beef and broccoli beef. My pad thai noodles were gummy and the sauce unremarkable. The beef in both of our dishes seemed to be recooked. Kitchen service was poor with my companion's meal coming a good 10 minutes after mine. The dining room is getting a dingy look, due in part to the heavy carry-out traffic and the peeling painted concrete floor which is in clear need of refurbishing. Windows on the front badly need cleaning. The kitchen service was slow, due no doubt to heavy carryout that is accompanied by a continual stream of delivery guys wearing motorcycle helmets coming in and out. The carryout competes with dine in. Might be a good business plan, but if you're looking for a pleasant dine in experience with good food, forget it. Definitely not date-worthy. Anhs Kitchen needs to decide what kind of business it's going to cater to. Hard to do both. (While we didn't order any, the shrimp spring rolls looked great!)

The Pho was fine, nothing wrong with it but certainly nothing special. No chili oil available and you only get a bag(use a plate) of sprouts and a bit of lime. Hoison comes in a packet. You order by touch screen, was made to feel like an inconvenience for asking for some water. A fine lunch spot if you work in the area, but the city has much better Vietnamese restaurants

I had the Drunken Noodles for lunch. Noodles were super overcooked. Also very congealed and gloopy forming soggy stuck together masses of disappointing noodle.WAY WAY WAY WAY too much onion. Probably an entire onion in my meal, huge roughly chopped up pieces, and basically raw. Not nearly enough chicken. I feel like 20 percent of the meal was onion. All of that could be forgiven if it had flavor. It did not. It had the shadow of flavor. what little bit I could taste wasn't bad, but its was turned way down.On the pro side- it wasn't so offensive that I couldn't finish it and the portion was fine.

This is a new spot downtown. It seems like there are two restaurant establishments in this one space (so convenient imo), Thai Downtown and another Vietnamese restaurant. Just outside along the street you can find parking. Across the street is the Municipal Market. The inside of the restaurant has a bunch of tables that are very well decorated. I ordered their Drunken Noodle with shrimp, extra spicy. It took a minute to get the food but it was good. The noodles were wide and soft, not over cooked. They gave me about 7 pieces of shrimp, standard size. However, the dish lacked basil and veggies - they were there (just green and red peppers) but microscopic except for the onions. There were a TON of onions. I usually like a lot of flavor from the vegetables and herbs and I can't imagine what it would have been like if I didn't add the shrimp and extra spicy flavor. Would I go back? Yeah, but I would avoid the people at the counter since they weren't so friendly and order at the computer instead.

We visited over the weekend and the food was delicious!!! The best Pho I have ever had and the egg rolls were great too. Everything was so fresh. The ambiance is nice and love the self-service kiosks to place your order. We will definitely go back!

Dear Google, before I start please change the hours to reflect that they are now open Saturdays. Was craving a hot bowl of pho on a cold day and found this spot by chance, decided to give it a try. Nice warm interior decor, easy ordering from touch screen menus for dine in or takeout. I ordered Pho Tai (thin cut eye round) to dine in and a chicken banh mi sandwich to go, food came out fast albeit it wasn’t busy. The pho had delicious broth, probably the best part as not too sweet nor watered-down and just the right amount of savory goodness. Average portion sizes and ratio of ingredients. Main drawbacks were noodles and serving presentation. The noodle texture was a bit too soft to start and was far hotter than the broth, not sure if it was freshly made while broth was simmering, or premade and reheated in microwave. In terms of presentation, the veggie toppings (bean sprouts, jalapeños, etc) came in a sandwich bag, plastic spoon, sauces in individual pouches, got the vibe this is more of a quick bite kind of place, or perfect option for takeout/delivery. Overall 8/10 would recommend. The Banh mi sandwich was delicious good portion of meat, would have preferred less carrot, more cucumber, and much more cilantro to balance it out but overall very satisfying. If you are in the mood for a quick bite of tasty Viet food and haven’t tried this place out, what are you waiting for?

Super excited to have this convenient Vietnamese restaurant downtown! It is bright and modern with Thai and Vietnamese menu offerings. Combination fried rice in clay pot was sooo savory and warmed us up on the cold day! The crispy rice at the bottom is my favorite part. We also has the sautéed green beans and highly recommend that! The dish that will keep me returning is the crispy buttered eggplant. My kids enjoyed the Pho Tai (beef pho). Because we were starving we also got the crispy egg rolls and the dipping sauce is exactly how I like it (sweet salty and a little kick). My husband always wants banh mi so he ordered the combination special and it was crispy with the perfect combo of meat and vegetables. Would definitely come back!

We had lunch at the Downtown location of Anh's Kitchen today. It's on Jesse Hill Drive near Edgewood Avenue, just north of the Municipal Market. The interior is lovely & the food is wonderful. Open Mon-Friday. My wife and I both had the chicken pho, and our son had lemongrass tofu. Great stuff.
