I came here today for a quick bite and a drink. I totally forgot it was Veterans Day. Thank you for your service Veterans. I sat at the bar and Dre took care of me. He was extremely busy, yet navigated the bar with ease. Great job Dre. I’ll be back. Thank you for the great customer service and still making me feel included on a day catered to our veterans.

I was there on Friday the 7th with 5 others about just before 4 PM. Walking in and took us over 5 minutes to get seated, looking at a group of employees just chit-chatting, and the restaurant was pretty much empty. After been seated, took like 3 servers to ask for the drinks. Then took two more to take our orders, one was a new employee which I think she was in-training. The food took too long to be served, again, restaurant was mostly empty, and the few servers passed by us and didn't interact with us, in fact, looking like if they didn't want to deal with us for some reason, just rude. It felt weird almost at the end, having the new employee and I think was the manager, I can't tell, getting our plates, and then the cook coming to us asking if everything was OK... that never happened to me or us before, but nothing was wrong with the food, except taking too long. Also, the lack of corn in the menu as a side didn't help things either. The only one who did a fantastic job was the new employee, young latina-looing server, who did what she could, by being a new employee/server.

Customer service very poor food disgusting!!! Took forever to get the food. Finally got food damn near 2 hrs later. Riblet plate was thrown together, fries drenched in oil and order was not right. WORST Applebee’s ever!!!!!

I placed my order from home. It took me over an hour to get the order brought to my car. It was in a container that was smaller than the food I ordered. It was a black throwaway. Container I ordered a hamburger and fries. They were all mashed together
Got here (3 of us) on a Saturday night around 11:25 and sat for 15 minutes without anyone saying anything to us. Flagged the host down to see if someone was coming, he left to find her but she never came. Gave it another 5 minutes and we left. Walked out to find our vehicle’s passenger side window smashed in. After calling the police we discovered that another car had been hit and they also sat for some time without receiving service. Was told that we both parked in the cameras blind spot and that the restaurant is aware. Couldn’t rate the food but wanted others to be aware because apparently it happens often here.

Sub par on many levels. The food took forever to come out. My appetizer order never arrived. Many servers were sitting around on their phone while people waited. It took entirely too long for me to receive my bill so I could simply leave. The food was alright There was disarray on many levels. I asked for my bill and 2 to-go boxes, and it took 20 minutes for my bill to come and an additional 30 minutes to get my to-go boxes. Unacceptable.
